Hello from Cyprus Taste Tours! We're a friendly team of local guides all with Cypriot heritage. A group of true foodies, our activities focus on discovering Cyprus through food & wine... You’ll be driven around the Troodos mountain villages to visit 4 carefully selected wineries. Each boutique winery you'll visit is family-owned and you'll have the chance to meet the individuals behind the wine-making and have all your questions answered on this brilliant small group excursion. You'll tour the premises of at least two of the wineries to learn about the process and history of wine. Through each tasting session you'll discover the indigenous grape varieties of the island and experience a selection of whites, rosés and reds.

We'll pick you up from a Paphos location of your choice. Our team guarantees you a fantastic day out - we'll make the most of your time with us and take you on a bespoke journey through Cyprus villages. Established in 2011 - we're confident we know all the best spots and we never stop exploring! We're all fully trained in the traditional foods and wine of the island and you'll be sure to receive a professional, 5 star experience. 5.00We had a wonderful day on the wine tour. Our guide, Christina, was fantastic – friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience very enjoyable. The places we visited were all lovely, but we especially loved the second winery and meeting the incredibly passionate owner. It really made the experience feel authentic and special. The lunch was delicious, and the team even surprised me with a birthday cake, which was such a thoughtful touch. Overall, a really memorable day exploring the Troodos Mountains and local wineries. Highly recommended!

5.00The wine tour experience was honestly the highlight of my trip. The entire team was so lovely, welcoming and kind! I thoroughly enjoyed my entire day and would definitely come back to do the tour again!

5.00We visited three very interesting vineyards. Each one presented excellent wines for us to taste. The staff were all excellent communicators with in depth knowledge of their subjects. These were small family run enterprises maintained to very high standards. One even had a great museum containing wine making artefacts from days gone by. We also enjoyed a fantastic meze lunch which introduced us to authentic Cypriot cuisine. This enormous feast left us fortified for more wine tasting in the afternoon:-) Maria was an excellent guide and answered all of our questions with great knowledge and good humour. The scenic views of the Troodos mountains and valleys were simply stunning. The vista from the monastery balcony was a special treat. In our opinion this is the best wine tour we have experienced and would definitely recommend it as great value and a fun day out.

5.00A really good value for money trip. From the day previous when Cyprus Taste tours emailed with pick up times, collection at my pick up point was almost to the minute with a friendly welcome. Only six guests in the group and then a full day with a very knowledgeable guide Panico who is fluent in Greek and English. Panico made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the whole trip with water provided if we needed it. He had a good knowledge of the wine making regions and the vineyards so a good start to the day. The three vineyards visited were a good mix of traditional- passed down through the generations, a newer one and a more modern one. There was testing of various wines at each vineyard with explanations of the grape but without being confusing. The lunch stop was at a traditional restaurant and the food was plentiful and enough for everyone. Panico drove us through some old traditional villages and we stopped at one for some time to walk and take it all in. Again, Panico was knowledgeable about the village and guided us throughout. My pick up was at 09.10 and I did not return until 17.45 so a very full day. I was also glad of the advice given regarding warm clothing as my visit was in December and the Trodos villages are much colder than the coastal areas. You definitely benefited from jumpers and jackets. All in all, a really good day out!

5.00Elena was our tour guide and she was absolutely amazing, very insightful and she loved getting to know everyone on the tour. The tour of the winery’s was equally as good, beautiful scenery up in the mountains and the wine was a delight. Only downside was the earthquakes that we experienced haha. All in all a great day out

5.00A very rewarding excursion with Panico, who is a knowledgeable and social guide. Nice company that got along well together. Interesting visits to the different vineyards with associated wine tastings. Nice to see the environment in the mountains, in contrast to the coastal area. Lunch was a real treat, what a taste experience! A tour that is highly recommended.

Everything was perfectly organised — from the comfortable transport to the carefully selected wineries and the delicious local lunch. A special thank you to our guide Panico, who made the day truly unforgettable. His knowledge, humour, and passion for Cypriot wine and culture brought every stop to life. He made everyone feel welcome and turned a great tour into an exceptional one. In particular, the second stop of the day — at Ayia Mavri Winery in Koilani — was a highlight. The setting, the wines, and the story behind the vineyard were all top-notch and would have been memorable even without the rest of the day. If you want to discover the authentic taste of Cyprus with great company and a personal touch, this tour is an absolute must! Highly recommended — we’ll definitely book again next time we’re on the island! 🍷

5.00Very entertaining, informative tour. You learn a lot about the country and people and visit family-run wineries, which are not overcrowded by tourists. Lunch was typically Cypriot in a tavern in the mountains and very delicious. Christina was a great travel companion and we felt very comfortable.
