We do not supply any extra drop off service and tour ends at the last spot.

This is primarily a walking tour. If you prefer to use public transportation during the tour, the cost of tickets for both you and the guide will be at your expense.

We went to Kanazawa Castle, Kenrokuen Gardens, and the Nagamachi Samurai District. All were well worth a visit. Aiko was a wonderful tour guide. She provided lots of historical background to the sites we visited, and her enthusiasm is contagious.

We went on a private tour with Aiko as our guide through the Samurai and Geisha Districts in Kanazawa. Aiko was so knowledgeable and excited to share information about both districts. We learnt so much and were able to see so many streets and houses with a lot of history. Aiko helped us travel around safely and was very personable with all of our family. Yasushi was a fantastic guide, very knowledgeable and explained Kanazawa’s history really well. He took us around the castle, the Kenroku-en gardens, and the historic geisha district, and finished by taking us to a gold leaf workshop that was fascinating. We had a fun afternoon on his private walking tour, and he brought a great energy despite the rain - we would highly recommend!

We are a group of 5 adults. We just finished a perfect walking tour of Kanazawa with Aiko during which we saw all the main highlights of the city. Aiko is a wonderful guide. A highly energetic, knowledgeable and likeable guide. She makes everyone feel at home with her easygoing attitude and fluent English. We also were lucky with the sunny weather!
