Do you wanna feel the meditating feeling of the underwater world? Or maybe you want to find your inner peace… Or maybe you are just looking for a fun day in the ocean. So why not try Freediving?

If Freediving on tropical reefs and exploring marine life interests you more than pushing your limits in a pool or on a dive line then our Try Freediving course is perfect for you!

This is a half-day course that covers the basics of safe recreational Freediving. We also called it “Advanced Snorkeling”. This course will allow you together with a buddy to freedive on the reefs and interact with marine animals like dolphins, manta rays, turtles, etc.

Except for being a confident swimmer, you do not need any previous experience to participate in the course!

Freediving is for everyone!

The first one and half hours you will spend in the classroom in Freedive Nusa Freediving School learning basic theoretical and practical aspects of breath-hold diving. Then you will go in the water and practice your new skills on the rich beautiful home reef right in front of the school. The experience which you will get during the course will make you much more confident in the ocean and will give you much more freedom during swimming and snorkeling.

I enjoyed this friendly and professional freediving school. I have done many deep apnea trainings safely. We made a trip to Manta Point, we were able to enjoy before the other boats arrived. We made a trip to Komodo, it was beautiful and very well organized. I will return with great pleasure to dive and participate in other trips!

Did the one day try freediving here and it was amazing! Great introduction to the sport and managed to learn many things that I didn't expect going into this. Thanks to Roberto who was my instructor who opened my eyes to what freediving was about. Totally glad that I decided to try this out! :)

Highly informative, great facilities and caring staff. We all went out to see the Mantas and our guide made us feel very safe. The care factor for the Mantas well being was also at the forefront. This should be seriously considered when booking a tour in this area because not everyone shares the same mentality

Wow, wow, wow - what an awesome introduction to free diving for me and my 8 year old daughter. Our instructor Chiarra was amazing, so experienced and calm with us beginners. I can’t wait to come back🤿🤿🤿

I have joined Freedive Nusa for Komodo trip as well as have done Wave 1 and 2 course with them. They are incredible at every single step of organising beautiful experiences during each day of our trip. The itinerary was planned very well, we saw the best places (even those that other tours don’t take you) and had time to rest in between. The food was fantastic on the boat. I didn’t train after Wave 1 course, but it was very easy for me to complete Wave 2 course due to the team providing me support on each step, setting me up for success with clear guidance and constantly providing feedback how to improve my performance. If I continue my free diving training, I will definitely be back to this school as they are truly unique and care for all their students. There are no better place in Indonesia to learn free diving or enhance your shills.

Freediving Nusa is notable primarily for its good organization and professional instructors, with whom diving is safe and brings progress. It is especially convenient and good that the school has all the equipment and the student only needs to come and not waste on fins and a wetsuit if he is trying for the first time. It is also convenient for experienced freedivers - you do not need to lead to the end of the world fins, which do not enter every suitcase. I dived off the boat the first time and was worried about drifting, but it turned out to be completely invisible and safe. I'd like to add that I'm a "complex patient" and I need some thoughtful and sensitive teachers, and I got them here. In general, the approach here is individual and all instructors are good at finding an approach to their students based on their temperament and skills. Separately I want to celebrate the coziness and beauty of the most "ground" school. It's very nice to be here, and there's everything you need for comfort: showers, towels, where to leave things, where to stretch, where to get some privacy for a dive mood. If in doubt and you think you're not ready - just come and try, don't think! This new world opened up is worth it!

Best freedive school ever. Kirill knows the best spots in Nusa Penida and Komodo. I was wonder and amazed in Komodo freediving trip with him. Highly recommended. Also i would recommend to try freediving for those who afraid of wave. There is special course for surfers who would like to be more productive while surfing and be more patient in wipeouts.
