5.00This was an amazing experience. My guide Yuuki took me on an almost 3 hour tour through the fish-market showing me the secrets of it and sharing his personal gems. We also had a lot of tastings. Some were good and some not 😉.

5.00I had a fantastic tour of the Tsukiji fish market with Kawa. It ended up being a private tour since it was just me, which made the experience even more enjoyable and personalised. The market was extremely crowded the day we went, and navigating it on my own would have been overwhelming. Having Kawa as my guide took away all the stress of figuring out where to go, what to try, and how to avoid long waits. He brought me to several spots and introduced me to foods and experiences that I never would have felt comfortable trying on my own. They were all delicious! Kawa was knowledgeable, informative, and passionate about the market and its history. He was also kind, personable, and easy to talk to, which made the tour feel relaxed and fun. I highly recommend this tour to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially if you want to experience the best of Tsukiji fish market without the hassle of navigating the crowds by yourself.
