Upon your arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu, you'll be greeted by our representative and transferred to your hotel in Thamel. You'll have the rest of the day to relax and recover from your journey. In the evening, there will be a briefing about your upcoming trek.

Kathmandu Durbar Square

The trek starts with crossing the Soti Khola and passing through a beautiful Sal forest. You'll then descend to Lapubesi and continue to Machha Khola. Overnight in Machha Khola.

Jagat

Today's trek includes crossing Tharo Khola and reaching Tatopani. You'll then trek through a narrow valley and cross the Budhi Gandaki River to reach Jagat.

Enter the Tsum Valley today. Ascend gradually through pine and rhododendron forests and cross suspension bridges. You’ll notice a shift in culture and landscape as you approach Chumling, a traditional Tibetan-influenced village.

Today’s trail offers stunning views of Ganesh Himal and passes small monasteries and prayer wheels. The altitude begins to rise as you reach the twin villages of Chhokang and Paro. Enjoy panoramic views of the valley.

Walk through yak pastures, mani walls, and colorful chortens. Pass through the villages of Lamagaon and Phurbe. Visit the famous Milarepa Cave en route before reaching Nile, the last village before the Tibetan border.

Take a morning hike to Mu Gompa, the highest point of the trek, nestled near the Tibetan border. Explore the ancient monastery and enjoy stunning views of the surrounding mountains.

Gorkha

Descend slowly through the valley, stopping to visit Rachen Gompa, one of the largest nunneries in the region. Learn about the spiritual practices and daily life of the nuns.

Retrace your steps down the valley through pine forests and small settlements. The descent provides a new perspective on the dramatic scenery. Arrive at Lokpa for a well-earned rest.

Jagat

Today's trek takes us back to Jagat, where we'll rejoin the Budhi Gandaki River. The trail offers glimpses of the mountains and passes through forests and villages.

Make your way back to lower elevations. Today’s walk is a mix of forested paths, riverside trails, and quiet village life.

Kathmandu

We'll drive back to Kathmandu, enjoying the scenic views along the way. Overnight in Kathmandu.

Kathmandu

Today is free or shopping day for souvenirs or gift to your family, friends or relatives for you until your departure flight/drive or to commence any extra trips or activities you may have booked with us.

Thamel

Transfer to the airport for your international departure. Or, if you wish, You can also opt for another package with World Himalaya Treks and Expeditions and extend your stay.
