Tulum and Akumal tours were great; Tanya was our Mayan tour guide and she did a great job explaining the Mayan culture in the Tulum ruins. Akumal snorkeling was phenomenal - all the turtles were super cute! However, the booking we received did not include the 3 Zapotes cenote even though it was advertised on the itinerary. We were excited for the cenote, so we were disappointed when they told us that it was not part of the excursion anymore.
