5.00Our second trip was for two to the Tulum Ruins, the Tak bi ha cenote, and snorkeling in Akumal. Juan was our guide and he was so fun! He added to all the information Joshua had given us on our earlier Chitzen Itza tour. The ruins were amazing to see, And we were literally the first two people into the ruins and again so many great photos, some really great information and facts, even learnt some mayan words. We than went to the cenote and we arrived just as everyone else was leaving and had the whole place to ourselves other than divers gearing up to go! Again full of so much information and great knowledge. Ate at another great restaurant where certain items were included and than off to see the turtles. I wish I had gotten the guides name that took us into the ocean but it was the best experience, he guided us through the water, held us in place so we could view the turtles, squids, fish and sting rays all around. Was an amazing day!! Kika was out again our driver on another fantastic trip. Jaun and Kika were amazing and nailed the tour! It was one of my favorite days in Mexico. If your looking for a company with amazing people, thats super organized and great at communication, please use absolute adventure! You really won't be sad you did!!

5.00Josh and Max were wonderful! It was a great day and the kids loved it! As a family of 5 (kids ranging from 9-13), the private tour of Tulum ruins, cenote and snorkeling was a perfect fit. Our guides were on time, very informative and helpful. The pace of the tour was flexible which was great for our family so we did not feel rushed or have to stay longer than the kids were interested. Definitely would recommend Absolute Adventure Mexico and request Joshua and Max!

5.00We took a private snorkeling tour with Josh, it was a lifetime expierence! It was absolutely beautiful. He helped guide us through the two cenotes we picked the jungle one and the cave onen absolutely wonderful experience. And we finished with an amazing local authentic Lunch! 10/10 highly recommend!!

5.00We had an absolutely incredible experience with Absolute Adventures on our private tour of the Tulum ruins and snorkeling with sea turtles. Arturo, our guide, was fantastic—extremely knowledgeable about the history and culture of the ruins and wonderfully friendly throughout the day. He made the experience both educational and fun, answering all our questions and sharing fascinating insights. What really stood out was the exceptional level of service from Absolute Adventures. They were very responsive to all questions and went above and beyond to accommodate some last-minute changes to our itinerary. Highly recommend this tour!

5.00Excellent trip and service! My family had previously went on a private tour of the Mayan ruins at Tulum with Absolute Adventures and had a great time. Their tour guide Joshua, who was amazing, recommended the private tour to snorkel Akumal and see the turtles and also a lagoon snorkel and cenotes. I didn't see this exact tour on the website, so I reached out to Absolute Adventures and they were able to quickly put it together for us and we even had Joshua again as our guide, which was amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. They took care of everything for us, so all we had to do was enjoy the experience. I would recommend using Absolute Adventures for any excursions while in the Mayan Riviera area and if you are lucky enough to get Joshua as your guide, it will be even more enjoyable!

5.00We spent the day with Arturo, who was fantastic! The 8 passenger van arrived right on time and we were greeted with a smile. They were incredibly accommodating and considerate of any needs we had. Arturo was patient and informative as we toured the ruins in Tulum. Afterwards we made our way to a Cenote, we were lucky as there was not another person there. We have two small children (5 and 7) and Arturo was incredibly helpful and encouraging with them. We had an incredible lunch and wrapped the day swimming with turtles. We would highly recommend this group to guide you on any adventure. Thank you for making the day with our family so memorable!

5.00Juan, our guide, was welcoming knowledgeable and accommodating. I highly recommend getting a private tour because I saw other tours getting cooked in the sun but Juan made sure we were walking through the sun to stop in the shade for pictures and explanations. The area of ruins is larger than pictures would have you believe and took about 90 minutes to get all the way around. We got out of the sun unscathed and we were taken to Playa Akumal to swim with sea turtles and other sea creatures. It was magical and my 10 year old and 12 year old absolutely loved seeing the turtles in their natural habitat. After, we got lunch at a nearby restaurant about 3 minutes up the road. The food was good and Juan knew the menu pretty well to suggest his favorites. We had been picked up outside our hotel in Playa del Carmen at 7 and were back by 1:30-2:00 pm. The perfect length of tour for our family. BOOK IT!
