5.00simba fun travel rep was very helpful and accommodating when i needed to book a transfer. they do all that they can to make it easy for you. i have taken tours with this company and had wonderful experiences. the car driving us from tunis to sousse was clean and comfortable. there was a misunderstanding with the driver and the representative was able to clarify it all with the driver when i contacted her day of the trip
