5.00Excellent service and great experience — this was a great way to begin my trip after an 11 hour flight from Hong Kong. Lovely facility and the treatment itself was top notch. The ladies are very nice and efficient and there was a snack at the end with some time to relax a bit. 100/10 recommend!

5.00Very pleasant experience! The staff was very friendly and the hammam and massage was very pleasant and overall super nice. Otherwise everything was clean and well organized! Tea and Turkish Royal as a graduation were also very good!

5.00Nice and clean facilities. We were provided with slippers and towels. We were directed to the sauna for a few minutes before being ushered into the private area to have the tradition hamman bath. Very relaxing and we were offered traditional tea after. The staff were lovely and delivered a great service. Will recommend.

5.00Environmental hygiene, high privacy. When we arrive at the hotel, the staff will provide towels to cover the body, then go to the evaporator to relax for a while, then be taken to the separate bath for a Turkish bath. The whole process was very comfortable and relaxing, very helpful!
