Arrival Point: As you exits the customs area, you will be greeted by a uniformed airport dispatch officer, you must provide him/her with your name and/or ticket and advise them that you will be picked up by TCI EXPRESS TRANSPORTATION SERVICES (they will already have your details), the officer will then call the driver to collect you. Departure Information: ONCE BOOKING HAS BEEN MADE PLEASE ADVISE US OF YOUR REQUESTED TIME OF PICK UP ON YOUR DEPARTURE DATE. PLEASE PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION AT LEAST 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR DEPARTURE FLIGHT.

Worst transfer company I have ever dealt with! We arrived at the airport without luggage, so we were some of the first ones outside. I approached one of the agents and without even taking my name he told us to wait over by the wall. After 20 minutes I approached him again. He didn't even remember who I was but told me the driver was on the way and to go back by the wall. After another 20 minutes and watching other passengers who came outside long after us get into their vehicles and leave, I approached him again and was told it would just be a few more minutes. This was a private transfer that I paid extra for, and my wife and I were left waiting outside in the hot sun for 45 minutes waiting for a car! Then it gets better. The driver was an absolute miserable human being. I have never in my life not given a driver a tip, but this man was so miserable and unfriendly that I put the $20 that I had planned on giving him back into my pocket when we arrived at the resort. The return trip to the airport was a little better, but the driver was 15 minutes late and was only a little friendlier than he was picking us up at the airport. It was a horrible start and end to what otherwise was a fantastic trip. Avoid this company if possible. Their customer service is abysmal.

It was a Wonderful experience.especially combining it with the fast pass.. We didn’t have to wait too long for the car. Very nice driver . Highly recommend it to anyone traveling to Turks and Caicos. Beautiful clean automobile

The car broke down on the way to the hotel. Another car came within 10 minutes to get us, but after traveling for 7 hours, it was diappointing.

Had to wait 25 minutes to be picked up after arrival. Driver was not waiting and ready. Taxi would have been quicker and more cost efficient. I paid the higher cost for convenience, what I received was inconvenience.
Avoid paying for this terrible service!

The pick up from airport to hotel was fine. Then when it was time for pick up to go to the airport was a disaster. I emailed them ( because you can’t call them- but they can call you) that my flight was delayed, to please pick up at 5pm instead. They then called me to confirm that I wanted pick up at 5pm. I said yes and thanked them. Then an hour later, that emailed me saying they can’t accommodate because his driver left for the day. I was confused and tried to call back on the number that he called me from earlier and left a voicemail. No return call. I was waiting in the lobby of the hotel at the original pick up time at 2 pm because I didn’t know what time he was coming. Waited 30 minutes, No one came. I then came out at 5pm and waited for 30 minutes. No one came. Save yourself the aggravation and call a taxi instead because the cost was actually cheaper than pre-paying for a ride you might not ever make because they didn’t show. Worst experience ever! Avoid this!
