Pre-Service Preparation Vehicle Preparation: The assigned driver ensures the vehicle is immaculate — washed, vacuumed, and stocked with amenities such as: Professional Appearance: Driver is dressed in Pegasus uniform (pressed shirt, slacks, polished shoes) and carries identification. Time Check: Drivers are dispatched to arrive 15–30 minutes early to the pickup location, ensuring punctuality and peace of mind for the guest. 3. Guest Pickup Arrival & Greeting: Driver arrives early, parks in a visible yet discreet location, and greets guests warmly by name. For airport pickups: driver tracks flight status in real-time and waits at the arrivals area . For villa/hotel pickups: driver announces arrival via text or front desk communication. Assistance: Driver assists with luggage and ensures all guests are comfortably seated before departure. Comfort Check: Air conditioning, preferred music, and amenities are adjusted to guest preferences. 4. In-Transit Experience Professional Driving: Smooth, safe, and scenic driving — always within speed limits and with an emphasis on comfort. Concierge-Level Service: Driver provides information about local attractions, dining, and culture if guests are interested, or maintains quiet professionalism if they prefer privacy. Refreshments: Complimentary bottled water. Discretion & Courtesy: No unnecessary conversation or phone use; confidentiality is respected at all times. 5. 5.00I highly recommend Pegasus VIP. I booked an airport transfer the day before I landed at PLS airport and I’m so glad I did. Communication was excellent, Hayden gave clear instructions for what I needed to expect and look for once I made it through customs, and the car was at the airport to pick me up in less than 10 minutes. Car was clean and comfortable and the driver was very nice and helpful. As a younger, solo traveler, I felt safe and I was at my resort in no time. Could not have gone any smoother!

1.00We booked Private transportation from the airport to hotel for a reason. Private service and paid a lot extra. Could have booked a taxi for $50 less. We asked for one stop at store on way and were told that would be extra if we were not in and out in less than 5 minutes. And the driver only had 1 water for us to share. Was told they had people before us who drank all the waters. Most private transportation in other places have beer, sodas and water.

4.00Hayden was very communicative and arrived within 10min of us getting to airport in Turks & Caicos. His cars were clean and comfortable with plenty of storage for our luggage. Unfortunately for the ride back to the airport at the end of the trip, his driver was a bit delayed on the ride back, coming from another job as well as some traffic, which made the check in and luggage drop off a little bit more stressful but overall a well run company from a young entrepreneur. Would use again, next time with allowance for delays.
