I'm Katia and me and my uncle Fulvio run the Tuscan cooking class in our family farmhouse. We are 4 km far from the fantastic town of San Gimignano and we teach you how to prepare a real Tuscany meal but most important we teach you how the food should taste. Your meal will be a celebration and a fantastic time to spent in a real Tuscany family.

We'll make a lot of typical Tuscany antipasti, then we prepare primi piatti, and we make one type of pasta hand made, two different sauces for pasta, and then a second course with meat.

This was a fantastic experience! Fulvio was so kind and welcoming! My kids loved learning how to cook from him and he was so engaging and patient with our 7 year old. I would highly recommend this experience to anyone who likes good food! You should book this now. Don’t hesitate!!

Experience homemade Tuscan cooking in a traditional farmhouse setting with a very entertaining Fluvio. He educates you on the right balance of seasonings for balanced taste. He is very hands on & conversational and requires you to make the dishes you eat. We had a wonderful time & give him 6 stars!!!!

It is so family oriented. You feel like you are being welcomed into an Italian home. Food was amazing! We enjoyed every moment.
