As you wait in anticipation to hear your name being called for your turn – stand back and enjoy the uninterrupted views of Brisbane and watch the city cats, boats and kayakers skim across the meandering river! Let our experienced instructor’s help you conquer your fears and guide you safely over the edge while you experience the extreme rush of abseiling. With trust overcoming natural instinct, you will be abseiling down the 20 metre high cliffs in no time… Riverlife abseiling sessions are guided by qualified and experienced instructors. No experience is necessary as each session includes full instruction, a safety briefing and equipment. Participants must be at least 8 years of age and wear and use the safety equipment provided by Riverlife. Safety equipment includes a helmet, harness, rope and gloves.

5.00Harry was a great tour guide. Got us set up and climbing quickly and effectively. Helped us navigate a few tricky climbs and was generally a good sport. Enjoyed the time greatly.
Our son loved climbing with Harry, and we will be back again.

5.00This was our second time bringing our teen to climb at Kangaroo Point Cliffs and he loved it. Harry (who was also our host on the last climb) was kind and helpful, and very knowledgeable about climbing techniques. Our son says he learned something each time he climbed and wants to come back again (for a third time) soon.
A great activity for two active teenage kids & fun to watch on as an admiring parent!!

5.00I took my son and nephew for an abseil a couple of weeks ago and also booked them the twilight climb which they did last night. George was our instructor on both occasions and the boys absolutely loved their trip down and up the cliff-face (both kids had quite a bit of experience with indoor climbing and the climb up the cliffs was perfect for them). We were super lucky to be in small groups on both occasions and the boys had plenty of turns up and down which they loved. George was very friendly, knowledgeable and very encouraging of the kids (aged 14) and we all had a wonderful experience. Thanks so much!! I've booked again to take my kids and all their cousins :)

5.00Mitch was a consummate professional. He explained everything perfectly, made me feel completely at ease, and gave me great pointers to improve my climbing technique. And the view at Kangaroo Point is stunning. I missed out on seeing a lovely sunset because the days get dark early in June, but climbing at night with the city lights behind me was just as impressive. Definitely recommend.
