This 2-hour journey will lead you on top of both Reykjavik Peak and Lava Fields Mountain.

You will begin your day by being picked up by the ATV Operator team and taken to their newly made headquarters, with well-equipped bathrooms and free coffee available.

After the briefing, you will start your ATV journey across Hafravatn Lake and the Icelandic wilderness. Ascend Reykjavik Peak to enjoy the view, then tackle the steeper Lava Fields Mountain. These peaks offer fantastic views over Faxafloi bay, Esja mountain, Reykjavik, and the Blue Mountains. You can also see the steam from the Hellisheidi Geothermal power plant.

No alcohol or drug tolerance is allowed on our tours. Participants showing up under the influence are not entitled to a refund.

As the site suggests, wear warm clothes and be certain to take and put on right away the balaclava provided . This is not an activity for anyone who has back issues, arthritic hands. Not surprisingly, part of the experience is over rugged terrain I am 70 and had no problem with an excellent guide

We had a great time on a shared bike for two! Was very fast paced so perfect for my thrill seeking husband and perfect for me to sit behind, hold on tight and enjoy the sites!

This is the best tour i have done in iceland, words can not describe this experience. Our tour guide (DARIA!!!) made this unforgettable and she made us feel very safe. SHE IS WAY BETTER THAN MARIO!!! Best guide ever!!!!!

We went on the 2 hour twin peaks ATV adventure and it was so sick! Would 100% recommend for anyone visiting Iceland as it’s a really fun way to see some of icelands insane landscape! 10/10 to the tour guide (I unfortunately can’t remember his name but he was a G) we will certainly be returning to Iceland to experience it in the summer and will 100% be doing another ATV tour with this company.

Daria was amazing! Wish I could harness her energy! We were lucky to have a foot of fresh, loose snow to ride in. Scenery amazing! So much fun!

Booked this to experience something different. Was picked up at the hotel and driven direct to the centre. One kitted up and everything explained about the quad, off we went. We went through some beautiful scenery and stopped at the top of one hill and took photos. We had snow, hail, wind and bright sunshine. Can’t recommend Safari enough, they are amazing. This is the first time I have sat on a quad, let alone ride one in the snow and through water, up and down hills as well as on the flat. Can’t wait to have another go on one. If you are unsure, definitely book with Safari. They are the best.

This was a great experience and our guide made us feel very safe but still adventurous. Pedro was patient and fun, taking our pictures and sharing information. We rode for 2 hours and had spectacular views.

the whole experience was amazing , the guides were so helpful and dropped us off where we wanted to go on the way back. The facilities in the building and equipment provided were extremely clean. You must do this if you’re in iceland !!
