Group tour that takes you everywhere but too rushed

3.00This group tour takes you to all major sites on the island. The guides know the history well and are quite friendly. But remember, this is still a large group tour of 12-16 people. With this packed schedule, you’ll be rushed at each site. There won’t be enough time to enjoy staring at the Moai while also taking good pictures without its of people in it.

4.00Esteban and Isabel did a great job explaining the history of their island and people. They were knowledgeable and personable. They made what we saw much more meaningful. The sunrise tour guide was the opposite. He didn’t tell us anything, such as when to regroup or what the plan was. He didn’t even introduce himself.
Amazing trip! Highly recommend.

5.00Really insightful and highly recommended. You visit absolutely all the important places. Many occasions for "National Geographic photos". Especially first day is amazing, second is still nice, but not as strong as the first one. Sunrise is a nice addition, but depends on the weather conditions. Nero was a really great guide - because of his family background and his deep interest in Rapa Nui culture, he was able to provide us with insights that you can't learn anywhere else. It's clear he is really passionate about showing the island to people and that make the tour so great.

4.00If you want to be able to walk up close to the Moai then you have to go with a guide. A few of the places you can go without one, but for the majority of them, you need an official tour guide. This tour covers all the sites. Our guide was Andre. While knowledgeable, there were 15 people on this tour so I feel like a lot of what he said got lost. While, he would make an effort to talk to everyone however, at times, he would be telling some people parts of history and not others and I feel like we missed out on a lot of the history. He would also pick inopportune times to stop the group to talk about his own personal research. While I enjoyed hearing about it, as an example, we went to the quarry- one of the main highlights of the tour and it was about to rain. Rather than let us get to enjoy the major tourist sites that everyone has flown thousands of miles to see and then talk about his research in the van, he stopped in an odd spot with no monuments while he wasted some of the only time it wasn’t pouring down rain to talk about his own research. This time could’ve been used to have taken photos or seen other monuments, but by the time he stopped talking, it was pouring down rain and we had lost our photo opportunity. I was pretty annoyed by that.

5.00It was amazing! Great experience with Nero and Joaquin! Great guides! They had so much information to provide and where able to explain everything! The pick up and drop off was on time and we covered every place that was in the itinerary. I recommend them!

5.00I toured the island with the tours of this agency... excellent experience... we met the most iconic places, with the story of our guide Ignacia that was a 7... plus I took diving through them 10/10 and horseback riding (for weather they asked me if I wanted to do the activity since there was not much visibility as I did not want, they returned my money) always responsible and responded late... thanks for everything
