Andasibe National Park is a protected area located in eastern Madagascar. It is renowned for its rich biodiversity and lush rainforests. It is a popular destination for tourists interested in experiencing Madagascar's unique flora and fauna. The best place for nature lovers. Home of the famous Indri Indri as well as other diurnal and nocturnal species of lemurs and different species of orchids that very high rate of endemicity.

Schedule of the tour :

Day 1 :

07:00 : Pick-up and start drive east to Andasibe

09:00 : Arrive at Madagascar exotic park, start the visit.

10:00 : Leave Madagascar exotic park

11:00 : Arrival at Andasibe NP, hotel check-in and lunch

14:00 : Drive to Vakona reserve

16:00 : Leave Vakona reserve

18:15 : Start Nightwalk

19:30 : Transfert to hotel, overnight.

Day 2 :

07:00 : Leave the hotel to Analamazaotra NP

07:25 : Start the hike

11:30 : Leave Analamazaotra NP

12:00 : Lunch

13:00 : Leave the hotel, drive back to Antananarivo

18:00 : Transfert to your hotel.

Madagascar Exotic

In this reserve, you will discover various species of insectes, reptiles, amphibians and bratrachiens. You will enjoy seeing the colorful chameleons, tomato frogs, different type of geckos, bats and many more.

Vakona Private Reserve

In the afternoon, you will see more species of lemurs in the lemur's island of this reserve like the Black and white ruffed lemur, the Red ruffed lemur... Then continuation to the crocodile farm to have some walk and see different types of aquatics birds that most of them are endemics, and also other animals like chameleons, leaf-tailed geckos, tortoise...

V.O.I.M.M.A. Community Reserve

In the evening, accompagnied by a local guide, you will walk along the road outside the park or at the forest of V.O.I.M.M.A Community Reserve to spot some nocturnal lemurs, chameleons, frogs and nocturnal birds.

Analamazaotra Special Reserve

Morning hike at this national park to find more species of diurnal lemurs. Get ready to see the famous Indri Indri, the largest species of existing lemurs in the world. You will meet many different species of lemurs like the brown lemur, the bamboo lemur, the Diademed Sifaka called as a Dancing lemur and other wildlife like birds, frogs... during the walk.

The night hike on the first day and trekking in Anaramazaotra on the second morning were amazing. We were able to see the natural state of the wild lemurs. Our guides Haja and Tina were friendly and knowledgeable and had a great time.

I had a great time with Cedric and my Driver They both were friendly and Cedric has very good English and also very knowledgeable. They both were always on time and helpful. The accommodation and food was amazing The Lemurs were fantastic to see. Wish I had more time. When I’m back in Madagascar I will be using Cedric again

Riva is the best tour guide we’ve ever had—and I’ve been to 107 countries so far! His passion for his work and his knowledge are truly incredible. He went above and beyond the tour program, allowing us to see an impressive number of animals, including nocturnal species. It was a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and Riva genuinely cared about making it unforgettable for us. I will definitely be coming back to Madagascar!

Unforgettable two day excursion! Our guide Cedric was very kind and knowledgeable. He spoke great English and helped translate when needed. In a short time, he taught us so much about Madagascar, Malagasy language and culture, and all the amazing endemic plants and animals. Our driver Tojo was very friendly, he expertly navigated the roadways and made the drives fun. Each individual tour was special and the local guides were all helpful and informative. The accommodations were great. My husband has dietary restrictions and was well taken care of. Be sure to bring enough Ariary to tip the local guides and hotel staff, in addition to your main guide and driver, as it is much appreciated and helps support these hard working people! We would highly recommend booking this tour. Thank you Cedric and Tojo!!
