1.00Our experience with AquaMax Adventures was incredibly disappointing. Before booking, I specifically called in February (for an excursion in May) because I was concerned about the excursion timing and our cruise ship’s all-aboard deadline. I explained my concerns about whether the catamaran excursion would allow enough time for us to return safely to the ship. Phil personally assured me that it would not be a problem, so we booked based on that reassurance. The excursion didn't take place - and we were notified when my group of 11 arrived at the port, and the way it was handled was far worse than the cancellation itself. We received no updates, no advance notification, and no communication regarding potential issues. When we arrived, we tried to compromise, asking if they kept our money if they could simply shorten the tour - we just wanted to snorkel! The staff was unwilling to compromise, and we later learned that the captain had already left on another charter - literally 'jumping ship' on our situation, and leaving two female employees at the dock to deal with frustrated customers. Where was Phil? Apparently in England, and still hasn't answered or returned my phone calls. What was most frustrating was the complete absence of customer service afterward. There was no apology for the inconvenience, no acknowledgment of the disruption to our vacation plans, and no proactive effort to communicate with customers who had spent their time and money booking this experience. Excursions can be cancelled for legitimate reasons, and most travelers understand that. What is difficult to understand is the lack of communication, accountability, and basic customer care. Based on our experience, I recommend continuing your search for a reliable company who communicates with their customers, and one who doesn't throw their staff to the wolves in difficult situations. Needless to say, I was less than amused and not impressed.

1.00We booked in February of 2026 for a late May trip while in port on the Royal Caribbean Star of the Seas. Because we would be on a non-ship booked excursion, we HAD to be back to board on time. Because of this, we called Phil and explained what ship we would arrive on and the requirement to be back in time. Would that be guaranteed to work? He said it would, no problems. The Celebrity Beyond docked next to us. Upon arriving at the pier we were told by Phil’s representative that they could not guarantee that we would be back in time because she had just found out at 4am that there were other ships in for the day and she didn’t know where all of her paid guests were coming from and she could not shorten the excursion for us because other guests might be planning on coming back later. The bottom line is that these people in our experience can not be trusted and buyer beware! If you want to book with them only to find out the morning of your trip with them that your trip is cancelled and your plans made months ahead of time for the day are ruined and everyone in your party is hurt and mad and upset and now you have no plans for the day - go ahead. We would tell you NOT to book with them. So would the other 50 or so clients on their list for that day! It was so bad that the captain for the day, seeing what was happening, left and got another boat to captain for the day. He had obviously seen this scenario before. Do what you will, but don’t say you weren’t warned!! No wonder RC and Celebrity don’t book tours through them either. No any of the other two cruise lines in for the day.

1.00DO NOT book this tour if with a cruise. Confirmed with Phil 4 months in advance over the phone that we would be back to the ship on time only to find a lady greeting us with a BS story about how our ship itinerary had changed, it had Not changed, and Phil was in England and blah blah blah, only to cancel our entire excursion. There was absolutely no customer service or solutions involved other to send the groups away (who were all from the same ship and just wanted to go out on the catamaran to snorkel for a bit… which wasn’t even an option when the captain, who apparently is Phil’s son, ended up leaving to take some other guy to Nevis. The whole thing was very disappointing and ended with children in tears. Just avoid them. Would leave 0 stars but that’s not an option so I suppose 1 star for the credit card refund which we would have done on our own anyway. 👎

5.00This was one of the best trips we have taken on a catamaran, and we have done at least six trips on other islands. The crew was so much fun, the food was delicious, the stops were awesome and the rum punch will knock you out. They played music which was suitable for all on our tour. They helped with everything and it was just like being on a Ritz Carlton with the service :)

5.00I have been on several catamaran trips and I would rate this as one of the best trips I’ve been on. The group that we were with was tons of fun, we danced, partied and interacted with everyone. The staff was amazing in every aspect!

5.00Best Day Ever in St. Kitts — Dancing, Snorkeling & cocktails This catamaran tour was absolutely incredible and ended up being our favorite day in St. Kitts. Captain Phil and his crew were friendly, fun, professional, and made the entire experience feel effortless from start to finish. The boat was beautiful, the music was great, and the entire crew kept the atmosphere upbeat and welcoming all day long. One thing we especially appreciated was having a snorkeling guide in the water with us pointing out sea life we would have completely missed on our own, including stingrays. That made the snorkeling experience so much more interactive and memorable. Lunch on the boat was also surprisingly delicious — fresh, flavorful, and exactly what everyone needed after being in the sun and water all morning. We stopped at Sunshine’s, which was our second visit because we loved it so much the first time. Of course we had the famous Killer Bee cocktails, and they definitely lived up to the hype 😂. Such a fun beach stop with amazing Caribbean energy. But honestly, the BEST part of the day was the ride back. Music blasting, everyone dancing on the deck, gorgeous turquoise water everywhere — it felt like something out of a movie. The crew made the entire boat feel like one big happy party. This excursion was the perfect mix of relaxation, adventure, snorkeling, sightseeing, food, drinks, and pure fun. Huge thanks to Captain Phil and the entire crew for giving us memories we’ll never forget. Absolutely worth booking.

5.00The crew was great and very attentive to all our needs. They were constantly offering drinks and making sure everything was right. They were very helpful when going in and out of the boat making sure you feel safe. The food was surprisingly good and the number of passengers made us feel comfortable and with plenty of space to roam around the boat. They play nice music and made us dance and sing on our way back. The time for snorkeling was good and we were able to see different types and colorful fish. It doesn’t have the most amazing snorkeling views but it still was beautiful. We also stopped by a Nevis beach which was nice and quiet. In general, we truly enjoyed the hours of the tour.
