Win picked us up right on time and drove us safely throughout the day, navigating Bali’s winding roads with ease and professionalism. We had the opportunity to explore some of Ubud’s most iconic spots — the Monkey Forest, Tegalalang Rice Terrace, Tirta Empul Temple, and Tegenungan Waterfall — each experience made even better by Win’s extensive knowledge of Balinese culture, history, and hidden gems. He was always patient, accommodating, and knew the best routes to avoid crowds. 5.00We had an amazing trip with Yansen as our driver. Yansen was very attentive, knowledgeable, provided us with lots of local information and helped us with some wonderful photos! There was lots to see with our favourites being our visit to the monkey forest, a fab lunch with the swing and tasting the fabulous coffee including the famous Luwak coffee which was so good! Thank you for such a lovely day and helping us discover a little bit more of Bali Yansen :)

5.00Wayan was amazing! Super friendly, punctual, and really thoughtful throughout the trip. He took us to beautiful spots around Ubud and adjusted the itinerary to match our preferences and travel style. The highlight was definitely the stunning Water Temple, but honestly, the whole day was a great experience. He was patient while we explored each place and made sure we were comfortable the entire time.
A terrific all inclusive highlight reel of Bali made even better by a knowledgeable tour guide.

5.00We hit the Tour Guide Lottery with Dika as our host! He was prompt with pickup, polite, knowledgeable, and very accommodating. We were picked up at the Marriott Vacation Club Nusa Dua Gardens so the drive to the stops around Ubud was over an hour. It literally flew by as Dika filled the time not only with highlights of sights along the way, but in depth conversation about Indonesian culture and history. Each stop Dika prepared us ahead of time with helpful tips on making the most of the time as well as cultural expectations and recommendations. At the Monkey Sanctuary, Dika led us through at our pace and helped us maximize the experience so we didn't fall prey to "tourist trap" experiences or naughty monkeys. His knowledge of the temple grounds, Hindu customs, temple history, and sacred rituals really enhanced the stop. We hit a monsoon type rain at lunch time but Dika was careful along with the Warung staff to ensure we enjoyed a dry lunch. The swing experience is truly all inclusive, well done and a true highlight. We would highly recommend this package and ask for Dika. The tour guide can make or break an experience and Dika made ours memorable.
