  The BEST transfer company in Ubud!!! Nick and his team, including Ketut, are great drivers, polite, patient, kind, punctual, and speak english very well. Driving in Bali's chaotic traffic is quite difficult, as places are far apart, so I highly recommend hiring a private driver to be able to enjoy everything. We booked for 3 days! Plus, you get a guide who explains everything about the place and customs, and takes wonderful photos!

  Great trip to temple, water falls, coffee plantation and rice fields. Olen very knowledgeable and made the trip much more enjoyable. His driving also very safe. A great all round experience. If your driving back to Kuta area anytime from 12 o’clock be prepared for a 3 hour journey 😨. NOT the drivers fault…just typical busy traffic.

  We had a great experience with our driver Nick. He was always punctual, very friendly, and made us feel comfortable throughout the whole trip. The car was clean and comfortable, and he drove very safely. He also helped us by taking nice photos and videos for us, which we really appreciated. On top of that, he gave us many good local recommendations for places to visit, food, and activities. Highly recommended if you are looking for a reliable and kind driver in Bali. Thank you again for making our trip even better!

  After reading the excellent reviews on TripAdvisor, we booked a private car and driver through Best Ubud Driver | Nick_Balitours, and the experience exceeded all expectations. From the beginning, they were incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with during the booking process. Our driver, Lia, was simply fantastic. She was intelligent, full of energy and life, always smiling, and took wonderful care of us throughout the day. Despite the winding roads around Ubud, Lia drove very smoothly and safely, which made the journey relaxing and enjoyable. When booking, we only gave a general idea of what we wanted to see — the Elephant Cave, Monkey Forest, and perhaps another temple or two. What mattered most to us was avoiding the crowds and experiencing the authentic spirit of Bali. Lia understood this perfectly. She suggested places we would never have thought of ourselves, including a coffee plantation and the peaceful Pura Pucak Bukit Sari temple, where the monkeys were calm, friendly, and happy to eat from our hands. It was absolutely magical and became one of the highlights of our trip. It honestly felt like the gods were smiling on us that day because everywhere we went, we seemed to arrive just ahead of the crowds. Along the way, Lia also shared fascinating insights into Balinese daily life, religion, and family traditions, which made the experience even more special.   Lia was an outstanding guide from start to finish, friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire day. She showed real flexibility whenever we needed it and went out of her way to make sure our whole family was looked after, including taking the time to engage with our kids in a way that made them feel truly included. We would recommend Lia without hesitation, she made our Bali experience unforgettable!

  This is my 3rd time in Bali and honestly I would remember as the best one because of our driver and guide Nick! He was professional and he helpefull.   Nick provided an exceptional tour of Bali! He was very attentive to our preferences, specifically avoiding tourist traps to show us more authentic spots.
