  The vistas were breathtaking! Great way to experience being out in nature. I don’t think I’ve ever experienced snow that pristine, and the ride was exhilarating. The hike was very short and ended at a lovely body of gushing water…beautiful.

  It was so fun! This was one of a few things that I wanted to do whilst visiting Canada and it did not disappoint. The dogs were adorable and you get plenty of time to pat them all. The sledding was a unique experience and my guide was super knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend!

  pick up in Ottawa was super easy, Jen was lovely and the dog sledding was fabulous, the dogs were amazing, the family run business was top notch, super people, everything about the experience was fabulous and a perfect length of time, I highly recommend the experience and would do it again

  This was by far the highlight of our visit to Ottawa!! Loving on the dogs was a true delight as they snuggled in for rubs. It is evident that each dog is very loved and well cared for. Listening to the whoosh of the sled gliding over the sparkling snow as the dogs ran ahead was an experience no one should miss. Every guide was more than kind.   Jan was a great hostess and Julian was an outstanding musher. A beautiful time enjoying the dogs in a beautiful setting. Questions answered, cold weather fun was had by all! Thanks Julian!

  I booked it because of the good reviews & didn’t get disappointed. The guide went above and beyond. Dog sledding was once in a lifetime experience. Just make sure to dress up according to the weather!

  Great day with incredible walk to waterfalls & dog sledding! Had some time to give the dogs some love. Finished with yummy hot chocolate.

  What an amazing day! We enjoyed every aspect of it from the roar of the falls to the peace and serenity of the skids of the dogsled gliding over the freshly fallen snow. Oh and the pizza- yum! Alexandra was amazing with her facts and her ability to switch between languages flawlessly. Thank you again for giving us a great experience.

  Extraordinary, there are no other words! Aventures Outaouais offers very varied and above all very fun activities. The guides (extraordinary) supervise the different activities extremely well and really take care of you. I recommend 100%

  We did the dog sledding tour. We were picked up from Gatineau. Our guide was Alexandra. As soon as we left, we felt that our guide was very cheerful. It’s fun when your guide shows his enthusiasm and really wants your tour to be enjoyable. Throughout the trip to our activity, she passed on her knowledge of the region to us. Then we arrived at the site. Everyone was waiting for us for the activity. There was no unnecessary waiting. Alexandra took care that everyone was well. The visit to the Chute de la Plaisance was worth the detour. And what about the pizza meal cooked in the wood oven! It was just really delicious and we will definitely be going back.
