"City Highlights, The Butchart Gardens, Butterfly Gardens, Wine Tasting, and the Craigdarroch Castle"
This package is the best of Victoria, We will start out by going to the Butchart Gardens early to avoid the crowds, and you will have up to 2 Hours to explore the gardens and gift shop. We then go to the Butterfly Gardens, followed up with a local wine tasting at Church and State Winery. You will then have the option to have lunch at their Bistro, or we may have a simple lunch at the Red Barn Market where they make the best sandwiches on the island.
From there we will enjoy a scenic country drive back to Victoria to make our way to the historical Craigdarroch Castle.
We will then follow up with a city highlights tour visiting some of most beautiful sites of the city such as the Lieutenant Governor's Estate, the Beacon Hill Park, Mile 0, Fisherman's Wharf House Boat Community, and Canada's oldest Chinatown. We will take the time for photos at the Inner harbor.

The Butchart Gardens
You will get to enjoy the word famous Butchart Gardens. This is a 50 acre estate transformed form an old lime quarry to an amazing display of plants and flowers, in a forested setting. This is one of the most beautiful places you will ever visit, no matter what time of the year.
Church and State Wines -Brentwood Bay
Taste some of the best local wines on Vancouver Island at their beautiful facility overlooking the vineyard on the Saanich Peninsula. You may also take the time to enjoy lunch at their bistro on their patio over looking their vineyard.

5.00Alan was great and very knowledgeable. Very attentive and tailored the day to our interests. A great experience in Butchart gardens. We were almost the only people in the gardens. A couple cider tastings and then the high points of Victoria. Highly recommended.

5.00Alan and his company was fantastic. Picked our group of 6 up at airport and transported us to hotel. Next day we did a city snd garden tour. Since he was dropping us off a ferry terminal, he transported us and our luggage around. Took care of us with water all day and took us by wonderful market to get lunch. Learned so much about Victoria. Highly recommended and will use again

5.00Our Australian family of four found ourselves in Victoria for a few days and wanted to see as much as we possibly could with the limited time that we had available. As we didn't have a car, we booked several private full day tours with Surfside Tours. Alan was a great guide, tailoring the itinerary to our interests. He was very accommodating and genuinely tried to fill the time with things that would be of interest to our group. My son and husband are keen kite surfers and they really appreciated being taken to the beach to watch the locals kite. We also thoroughly enjoyed the castle tours and could have easily spent even more time in Craigdarroch than we had allowed. Finishing the day with the Christmas lights at Butchart Gardens was just perfect. Thanks again for a great few days Alan! Hopefully we'll see you again in the Summer one year.
