I booked with Carpe Diem Tours, on their website they say Trip Advisor Award 2024, they cancelled the tour 1 hour and 35 mins prior to the tour after we had travelled many hours to be there.They promised to refund the cost of the tour within 10 days, we have still not received the refund despite numerous emails to Carpe Diem Tours.

Everything you might expect from a night time tour about Jack the Ripper. Our tour guide was great and he kept us in suspense the whole time while taking us to the various sites where the murders happened. Still have no idea how he kept all the facts and stories straight in his head. Great tour.

Our guide, Bettina, was absolutely fantastic. She knew her subject inside out and shared it with the flair of a true storyteller — engaging, generous, funny, and wonderfully detailed. She gave us valuable historical context that brought the story, and the streets of Whitechapel, vividly to life. Advertised as a maximum of 25 people but we had over 30. Tour guide was good but unfortunately it was pouring with rain so we left half way through the tour

Ivan was so informative and made the experience really interesting. I am a History teacher so for me to go on this tour when I teach 14 year olds about the case has brought it more alive for me. To walk in the footsteps of these women was fascinating. I particularly loved how Ivan focused on the women too…we do know so much about them compared to Jack the Ripper so we should focus on their sad lives. Thank you so much Ivan for sharing your stories with us.

Amazing tour with Monica, very thoughtful guide, made us comfortable and in a nice atmosphere! She was funny and brought really interesting social and historic context to the tour. Would definitely recommend!
