  I thought it was going to be “yet another tour”... total error. Ever since Daniel wrote to us before the day, it felt different. Everything flowed easy. Erick organized everything flawless and during the tour we never felt a rush. That changes everything for me.

  We booked this tour almost by intuition... and it ended up being the best thing about the trip. It wasn’t just going to Teotihuacan, it was understanding it. Hannibal has a way of explaining that he catches you unawares. There were times when we literally just sat silent listening. Very few experiences achieve that.

  We were a little doubtful if it was worth a private tour, but after living it we completely understood why it was. Since Erick coordinated everything, communication was excellent and very professional. On the day of the tour, Ulysses was attentive at all times, with an incredible attitude and always looking for us to be comfortable. There were small details that made a difference, like adjusting times, making extra stops and never making us feel rushed. It was a very complete, well-kept and above all very human experience. Fully recommended.

  Hannibal made the experience something else. Very good guide, super relaxed but very knowledgeable. Everything flowed easily and without complications, we would definitely take another tour like this.

  Everything was amazing from start to finish. Daniel was always on the lookout and that shows a lot. The tour was comfortable, well organized and unhurried. It feels when the service is genuine.

  Really smooth, high-end experience Everything just worked, like zero stress from start to finish. We were actually contacted right after booking, which was a really nice touch. They stayed in touch the whole time, making sure we had all the info we needed. On the day of the tour, we were welcomed with bottled water and some snacks, which honestly makes a difference after an early start. Héctor was on top of everything the whole time, taking care of timing, logistics, and all the small details. You can tell there’s real attention behind the scenes, not just a typical tour. It honestly felt more like a curated experience than a tour, private, comfortable, and very well put together without feeling forced or too formal. We’ve done a few tours in different countries and this one definitely stands out. Would book again without thinking twice.

  Very good experience, recommended The truth went very well, from when we were picked up to when we came back. Ulysses was very friendly and handled very calmly (something that is greatly appreciated). It feels like a well-kept service. It is not a heavy tour, it is quite enjoyed and they explain what is necessary without becoming saturated.

  So worth it honestly I wasnt sure at first about booking a private tour because of the price, but wow… totally worth it. Aníbal was super chill and knew a LOT, but not in a boring way. He explains things easy and even my kids didnt get bored (which says a lot 😂). Everything felt relaxed, no rush, and the lunch was actually really good. Would 100% do it again.

  I wasn’t sure which of these tours to book as there were so many to choose from - I definitely made the right choice! Friendly and professional throughout, Anibal was a fantastic, knowledgeable and endlessly enthusiastic guide. He sent a WhatsApp the evening beforehand to reassure us all was well and gave advice on the weather forecast and what to bring, along with a photo of the van so we would know what to look for in the morning. He messaged again in the morning to advise he was outside (they arrived early), but reassured us we could take as much time as we needed. Then during the journey, he engaged my three children with some history (aged 9-11) and provided water and snacks. The first stop at the Basilica was interesting and filled with the detailed relevant history that had my children engaged and asking questions for half of the drive afterwards - he is a excellent at making history fun for children. The same applied to the pyramids themselves - entertaining and filled with history throughout, with obvious personal enthusiasm from his father having worked on the restoration. Finally the stop for lunch was a peaceful shaded haven with delicious Mexican food - I wasn’t sure what my children would eat but all the plates were empty. A fantastic day out and I would highly recommend

  A tenner, Dani and Hannibal were super friendly and apart come from indigenous families, you can see the passion they put into explanations. Nice to meet you.
