Begin your journey at the oldest bar in Seville’s Jewish Quarter. Here, you’ll savor traditional Spanish-style potato salad and melt-in-your-mouth Iberian ham, paired with a sweet red vermouth. This historic bar, open since 1870, offers a true taste of Seville’s culinary heritage.
Step into this tiny tavern hidden just around the corner from the Cathedral that most tourists overlook. As you sample rich manchego cheese and slow-roasted pork belly, you’ll enjoy a drink that this family-run bar made famous in Seville: orange wine.

I really enjoyed this food experience and would highly recommend it to others wanting to sample local cuisine. I also found our tour guide Ramy excellent. He was passionate, humorous, and had a wealth of knowledge regarding the tapas and local beverages that we tried. Ramy also delved into the Seville's history. Personally, I found that I really enjoyed the Carrilladas (braised pork checks in wine sauce).

What a great way to experience new foods and drinks! Even better is when you have a wonderful tour guide like we did. Remy was a 10! We give him all the stars. Not only did we enjoy the scenery, food, and drinks, it was much appreciated the history of Seville that Remy shared. Our only regret is that we didn’t get a photo with Remy! We were to busy eating and chatting!
