Shark diving continues to excite and amaze divers; encounter a range of different sharks as well as soft corals in multi-hued kaleidoscopes of colour and reefs teeming with fish. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
A minimum of 4 people per booking is required. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there are not enough passengers to meet requirements.
Evidence of dive certification is required from all divers wishing to participate in a certified dive. Hence all divers must be certified in order to do this dive.
Diving within 48 hours of flying is not recommended. All participants will be required to complete a health questionnaire prior to diving. Some pre-existing medical conditions (eg asthma, heart conditions, etc) may prevent you from diving, please consult your doctor
Minimum age for Ultimate Shark Diving is 15years and diver must be fully open water certified(no junior certification) and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
For the Shark Encounters, at least 10 open water dives (beyond checkout dives) should be logged.
Divers must be very familiar with their gear and very comfortable with SCUBA.
This dive is very active hence advanced certification is highly recommended prior to the Shark Encounter dive.
All dives must be pre-booked and have a minimum 4 pax in order for the boat to operate.
No refund of pre-booked or unused services.
No refund for cancelled diving due to inclement weather.
Shark Marine Park fee is not included and will be collected before the dive as this goes directly to the village that owns the reef rights for shark conservation and preservation of the marine protected area. Cost is FJD25.00 per person
Gear hire is approx. FJ20.00 per piece per day and approx. FJ50.00 per day for full gear(no dive computers) and is payable direct upon check-in.
Nitrox is approx. FJ50.00 per tank

Experience the only dive with 8 species of sharks, featuring multiple Bull Sharks (the largest in the world), White Tip Reef Sharks, Black Tip Reef Sharks, Nurse Sharks, Lemon Sharks, Grey Reef Sharks, Silvertip Sharks and over 300 species of fish. As if that isn’t enough, 16 plus foot Tiger Sharks come in regularly, making this a shark lovers dream dive! As you descend through the clear waters to the 25 metre/80 foot landing, see sharks circling below along with hundreds of Jacks, Snappers and other fish species swirling around the feeding area. Within this excitement you may be rewarded by rare sightings of the huge Queensland Grouper and Hump Head Wrasse. You will not be in a cage, but situated on the reef around the perimeter of the dive site called the Arena. The main attraction, the huge Bull Sharks, arrive in numbers as far as the eye can see. They purposefully move in opening their enormous jaws to take the food from the feeder. When the Tiger Sharks arrive, everything you were just witnessing goes still and silent as the 16-18 foot denizen of the sea slowly and deliberately moves in to claim the area with its grand presence. After 20 minutes of bottom time, ascend up the beautiful reef ledge where Reef Sharks swim freely. The dive lasts about 50 minutes and provides award winning photo and video opportunities. After the hour long surface interval, the dive is repeated before a 10 minute boat ride back to the dock. Today you will witness something very special and this is a dive you will never forget!

4.00Pretty much what it says on the tin. Excellent divemaster and crew, very helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty of sharks, attracted by berley, but not actually fed. I didn’t feel remotely threatened. 2 wrecks with a fair amount of fish life and coral. Moderate visibility, because of rainfall and wind.

5.00Great fun with excellent supervision by the dive team. They were always there when sharks got a little close to guide them away and were aware of everyone's air remaining. They took me up solo before the rest of the group as I was sucking in too much air! If you dive "The Bistro" they have a purpose built ledge at 18m with rocks to hold onto as you kneel and watch the beautiful beasts pass by. Professional set up and staff.

5.00Wow! What an awesome experience. The shark dive speaks for itself, but as far as the crew... They we super kind and helpful. Incredibly friendly! Even though I haven't done a dive in a few years, they quickly got me back up to speed and had all the gear prepared and setup perfect. They're wicked brave too. I felt totally safe and they kept the sharks just the right distance away. (Close enough to touch, but not to bite!) A truly amazing experience overall.

5.00This dive is a MUST-DO in Fiji and one of the highlights of my life so far. I didn’t want it to end. Initially, we were unsure about the safety, but our concerns vanished as soon as we met the dive masters. The ratio of dive masters to divers was excellent, and we felt completely safe throughout the experience. The operation was extremely professional. The three-hour drive from Denarau was definitely worth it. If I could change anything about my trip, I’d spend 2-3 days at Beqa and do a few more dives.

5.00Best dive EVER. I was terrified before hand but the set up made me feel safe. We situated around a rock wall about 2 ft high and they fed the sharks right in front. They controlled the feeding to ensure everything was safe. Several guides stand behind the divers to ensure out safety. We dove twice to see feedings and it was amazing. Truly up close with Bull, Lemon, and Nurse sharks. Most sharks were at least 10 ft long, many even longer. I would recommend this dive and company to anyone who wants a once in a lifetime experience.

5.00Best dive related to sharks I have been on. If you think you are going to see a few sharks you are wrong. There were too many to count. Each dive site had about 15-20 sharks if not more. The staff was very professional and I felt safe every time I was in the water. I recommend this dive for all certified divers. Outstanding job!!!

5.00Brilliant diving, the crew were welcoming and professional, if you are a diver and in Fiji then do not miss out on this trip. I expected to see 5 or6 bull sharks but I lost count at 24 all 3mtrs in size. With the finishing touches being done to the brand new premises the already great facilities will be even better.
