  If I could give Ultimate Whale Watch a 10 star review I would. The captain and first mate were informative, funny and knew where to go QUICKLY to get to the whales. We whale watched with one other company and wish we had booked all of our watches with Ultimate. Pictures tell the story.

  Great, knowledgeable and fun crew! We really enjoyed our time on this whale watch tour. Easy to locate, easy check in process and great staff who you can tell really love what they do! We can’t forget the whales, obviously the stars of the show!

  We go out whale watching with Ultimate Whale Watch yearly in February. The Captain and Naturalist are always there to answer any questions and find whales. They never fail to provide a memorable and highly entertaining tour.

  This is probably a once in a lifetime experience. The lady crew were brilliant. They went straight to the whales and then they came to us, swimming under the boat playful giving us treats of fin and tail slaps, one showed her lovely face, eye balling us. Out for 2 hours and we'll worth the money. Totally outstanding

• Abysmal Check In Process

  Wish I could review the actual experience, but unfortunately we never got the chance. We arrived after the “20 minutes early” but before the actual tour time due to construction traffic on the way. We called ahead - no answer. We received a call about 10 minutes before the tour, and we were walking up to the front so we missed it. We immediately called back and once again, no answer. After a few minutes, since the front office was empty, we called again and this time were connected to a main office who were “surprised” there was no one at the desk. About 10 minutes later someone finally shows up and says “too bad, boat already left”. Both the tour operator and trip advisor refused to refund us because “you arrived early, but not 20 minutes early”. No recourse for the fact that they didn’t answer their phone or staff their front desk. If you choose this operator, which I highly do not recommend, plan to arrive at least an hour early I guess.

  It’s a wonderful way to get up close to whales. The staff are fun and knowledgeable. This was our second time on the boat, and we will come again year.

  Awesome whale watching cruise! Jeremiah and Kat (our crew) were excellent - very personable and knowledgeable about the whales. They worked hard to find the whales and we saw several. Would highly recommend.

  Better than expected. From check in to exiting the boat was simple and very organized. Jill and Lauren were very professional and so informative.
