Before making the reservation, you must check the available times for the specific day you want to travel in the attached image. Once the reservation is made, you must show up on the day you scheduled to travel at the official Ultramar ticket office located at the Navega federal pier in Playa del Carmen, in order to receive your boarding passes. After you receive your boarding passes, you must show up at the waiting room thirty minutes in advance.

1.00It is a waste of time to or buy tickets. You still need to go to the ticketing office to get your voucher for the boat. The ticket they send you do not get you on the boat. I had to wait I. Line for over 30 minutes for the ticket and missed the ferrry I wanted to get on.

1.00MISLED. We went overseas as we trusted the company and were tricked into offering us a package with included tour to cozumel island that ended up being a one hour tour and that 80% of the time was taking photos and then selling them to you at the end of the tour. We asked for explanation for this deception and had no answer. Never buy your ferries with them.
