  ​"Bali Bliss Tour" was a fantastic choice for our trip. They were professional and easy to communicate with from the start. We were especially pleased with our driver, Giri, who was exceptional. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and genuinely went out of his way to make sure our family was comfortable. We had a wonderful time thanks to him, and we highly recommend this company for their excellent service and top-notch drivers.

  Just returned from a truly memorable 7-day trip to Bali! and this trip exceeded all my expectations, thanks to the exceptional services of Bali Bliss Tours. A big shoutout to Diano and Pramana, our driver-cum-tour guides, who were absolutely amazing. They were not only thorough gentlemen but also incredibly well-mannered and professional. Their excellent time management, combined with genuine care for our comfort, made the journey smooth and enjoyable. I deeply appreciate the efforts of the entire Bali Bliss Tours team and Highly recommended for anyone planning a Bali trip!

  The driver is very professional, his rich local experience really helped me to know the north part of Bali, the scenery in waterfall is amazing and I really enjoyed soaking and swimming in the pool.

  We got to know of Mr Nyoman of Bliss tours through our acquaintance who used their services in 2023. We corresponded with him for almost a month and finalised the itenarary. We did 10 days bali trip. During the trip, Mr. Komang Gunawan was our tour guide cum driver. We got to know about Balinese culture extensively through him. He is very knowledgeable about culture, honest, punctual and respectful . He is safe driver too. He speaks good english. Our trip was made interesting due to his interactive attitude. If ever we visit again, would like to engage him surely.

  The views were amazing. We took so many photos. We had a friend and guide name Mr Komang. He was very good and polite. I would like to give him 5/5 * for his good behaviour.

  Nyoman from Bali Bliss Tour arranged a private driver for us during our entire short 3-night stay in Bali, so most of our direct experience was with our driver, Budi. Nyoman was very responsive on e-mail and was very patient and informative while we attempted to customize a very busy itinerary for our only 2 full days in Bali. It wasn't perfect, but I think they tried to accommodate our wish-list of destinations as much as possible. The first full day was driving around the Uluwatu (The Bukit) area that features most of Bali's famous beaches and also included a visit to the Garuda Wisnu Kencana Cultural (GWC) Park and Uluwatu Temple. Unfortunately, the GWC park took longer than we anticipated and some of the earlier beaches were bigger than we expected, so we were not able to visit 3 out of the 8 places on our original Day 1 itinerary. (In the future, I advise Nyoman to estimate 1-hour to visit each beach, especially due to the roads, so that customized itineraries are more practical.) Our customized Day 2 itinerary for central Bali/Bedugul matched the "Ulun Danu Temple, Handara Gate, Wanagiri and Banyu Mala Waterfall" tour listed on TripAdvisor, but with the addition of the Pura Taman Ayun and Tanah Lot temples as well. The day worked out well, with no major issues except the heavily congested Indonesian holiday traffic heading back to our hotel from Tanah Lot at the end (avoid Bali in December if you can). The Banyumala Twin waterfalls was a bit of a struggle to visit, because road construction did not allow drivers to drop us off near the entrance; everyone had to walk an extra 15-20 minutes (but that's not the driver's fault). We eventually did not visit one temple on our original itinerary (Pura Ulun Danu Tamblingan), but I don't know if it was because the driver didn't know or forgot about it, so that was unfortunate. (We still rate the overall service at 5-stars because honestly no one else could have helped us squeeze in more places within the same amount of time.) The driver, Budi, was extremely personable and helpful, not only driving us to each location but also walking with us through each site (whenever possible), telling us what he knew about each destination and taking great photos for us. (He was especially careful to protect us from the thieving monkeys at Uluwatu Temple; they are as aggressive as advertised.) Budi's English is very good, and his personality is calm and friendly. (Bali Bliss Tour should consider promoting him to a tour guide or some kind of manager in the future.) Finally, we arranged transfers from the Benoa cruise ship terminal to our hotel + from our hotel to the Denpasar International Airport (DPS) with Nyoman for a better rate than any other transportation services I contacted in Bali. Overall, our driver Budi took extremely good care of us, and if his service represents how the rest of Bali Bliss Tour operates, I will not hesitate to recommend Bali Bliss Tour for all your Bali excursions.

  Baliblisstour guys are great. I gave Mr.Nyomen the list of places I wanted to visit and he made a great itenary and route plan. He also added a few sites I didn't know were great places to visit. Mr.Jimbaran Budi, who drove us around, is a boon. Polite, Likable and a very safe driver. I should thank Nyomen for allocating Budi to us. The tour went like a dream like they say. The one week was too short.
