First the spectacular sunset then it is followed with an amazing dinner. It was a hame that we had clouds so couldn't get the star talk. It's a must experience!

Picked up at Sails. Bus was 42°C(107°F) inside and we sat for 20+ mins picking up people at the Outback Hotel before even starting the drive. AC was clearly broken but driver was rude and short when people asked about it with fair questions. Bus ‘cooled’ to 38°C which was a joke. We were stuck on it for about 40 mins and it was terrible. I get hot weather and hot cars(have lived in the desert) but this was not ok. Especially for the price point of the tour. Company blamed it on the weather but the other busses of the same size from the same company weren’t insanely hot. Arrived at sunset stop. The snacks were salami/cheese cubes and some chips & crackers. Underwhelming but edible. Busses actually block the sunset but it is a nice view of Uluru. Just felt very commercial. BBQ was fine. The flowing wine helped but the food was decent. Staff was great and the cranky driver got a tiny bit better. Star talk would have been better but we hit a cloudy night (just Mother Nature so wasn’t disappointed by this). I’d skip this overpriced tour and probably anything from this tour company. Go for the small group tours instead.

Tour was just a sight see of rock, barbecue and star talk. Very expensive. Expected more info on rock. Food was very nice. Laminations with a sauce and cream for dessert, yum. Had a great table of people to share dinner with. Staff were very friendly.

This was a highlight of our wonderful trip to Uluru! What a wonderful way to enjoy a meal under the stars with an interesting group of people, culminating with the most stars I've ever seen. Wonderful and highly recommended!
