As the place can only accommodate a small number of visitors daily, early booking is highly encouraged.
An option to add an exhilarating zip line ride over the sea is available.
If you’re arriving in Puerto Princesa via cruise ship, please book the private tour option as your timings require special handling. As such, we are unable to join you on regular or shared trips.

5.00My husband and I participated in this fantastic tour to the Underground River under the guidance of Jerico. He shared very valuable insights about the sites we visited, which also included the mangrove boat tour. The experience was very unique and awe-inspiring, and we highly recommend it. Just be mindful of the fact that it is a 2-hour drive from Puerto Princesa to the underground River site in a small van and it's a windy road the last hour of the trip. We had also booked the optional massage package on this tour, which took place at the W Spa in Puerto Princesa, close to our hotel. The massage experience exceeded our expectations, as we were allowed 2 hours in the spa, enjoying the saunas before a fantastic 1-hour massage.

4.00It is a great attraction worth visiting, be sure to see this world heritage in person !!!! Very spectacular! Although only open for a short 2 km, but everything is very worth it. You can see how powerful nature is 👍

5.00Fantastic and unique eco experience, the caves are impressive and interesting. It gives you a fuller appreciation of local environments and conservation. Always felt safe and looked after. The tour operators were timely and friendly with clear instructions and advice for the day. Added on the zip line experience on the day and was a lot of fun, definitely recommend. We saw turtles, monkeys, bats and monitor lizards. Be sure to bring small bills for drinks and if you don’t opt for the mangrove tour or zip line, bring something to do for a couple of hours while you wait for everyone else, maybe swimwear.

A big thank you to our guide, Echo, from a well organised tour, and whose knowledge and passion made the tour even more enjoyable. Highly recommend this experience when visiting Palawan!

5.00Relative to other agencies whom I found on the Internet, Corazon T&T were a clear outlier. They were quick to respond, patient with queries, reasonable and detailed in their explanation of charges and inclusions, and flexible with payment modes. Even before arrival in Puerto Princesa, they were in regular contact. We had private excursions planned to the Underground River and Honda Bay Island-hopping. The agency alerted us early to the unexpected arrival of a large cruise ship in the area which could affect these plans, and helped us switch the dates and slots to avoid the cruise ship crowds. Our guide, Joshua Y, and the two drivers Josh and Bong, were top-notch. They spoke excellent English, were extremely knowledgeable and informative, and went out of the way to make us senior citizens comfortable. Recommended without doubt.

4.00Excellent tour, with a friendly and professional tour guide and driver. However, the pre-tour admin was poor. I was told that I would have the pick up time of 0700hrs (given in my confirmation voucher) confirmed by text or email the night before, between 5 -7pm. As I had not heard by 7:15pm I called the number and was told by the lady that I would hear by text or email before midnight confirmation of the pick uptime as she had not yet been given the schedule. I waited until midnight but received no notification. The result was that our breakfast was disturbed at 6:30am as thew can had arrived to collect us...

5.00The underground river guide/paddler was great as was the whole ug river bit. We didn't do the zip line or mangroves. There was a nice place to sit, buy beer and watch the zip liners come in. Only has to wait for just over 1 hr. Downside was awful rap music being played on the way home.
