Named as a UNESCO World Heritage Site, there are few places in the Philippines that are as unforgettable and iconic as the natural wonders that can be found in the Underground River near Puerto Princesa city. A day tour to this breathtaking location will take you through what is now named as one of the New Seven Wonders of the World. After an early morning pick up, you'll drive to Sabang Wharf before transfering by boat to the Underground River National Park. This location is not merely the access to the river: it's also a national park that is a haven for local and some endemic wildlife in the Philippines, and famous as a birdwatching site. The highlight of the tour remains as the guided paddle boat which will take you across the underground river.

Our tour operator never showed up. They never responded to messages. Terrible experience. Do not recommend.

We booked a private underground river tour which was cancelled due to weather conditions. No the fault of the tour agency, however when they messaged us at 7am to inform us, we asked them to book a communal van from PP to El NIdo. They said a pick up would arrive at 10:30am and they would deduct the difference from the price. 11am comes around and no van nor did they return my message or pick up my call. I call back at 11:30am and they tell me the van should be there soon. I figured they must be doing multiple pickups for them to be so late. They show up at 12noon and we are the first passengers they are picking up. This agency claimed they booked it through Estanghero transports but when I called Estranghero up to inquire why we weren't informed that we were on a later van they said they had no record of our reservation. On the van ride driver made a stop at their main office Eulen Joy Transfer. I asked them what had happened and they informed me that they only got a call about our reservation at 11am. I was so upset that we spent our last day in El Nido all morning waiting in a lobby. When I asked this agency what happened she denied it all and claimed she would show me conversation text messages. I asked her twice and she ignored my calls.
