  Our driver Bayani was great. The tour guide Jesrille was also great. The underground river was impressive. I would have rated the experience 5-star except for the poor communication of the local tour operator. The local tour operator texted us 2 days before the tour to confirm. But they sold our contract in the last moment to another operator which dispatched the driver with the wrong passenger names. The driver showed up at our hotel at 8:30 AM with the paper work showing the local travel agent’s name that we didn’t recognize from our communication the previous day, and with passenger names that did not match ours. We contacted Viator for clarification. Both Viator and I tried to call the original local operator Lagum Adventure but nobody answered the phone until after 9:30 AM. After we finally cleared things up and started our private tour an hour late, Lagum texted me and told me that because our drop-off hotel was too far from downtown El Nido, I had to pay an extra PHP 1200. I booked the trip more than a 3 weeks in advance. They could have told me about the extra charge much earlier.

  Who was canceled at the last minute and I have not received a refund. I had to take a different ride to El Nido to my hotel. Probably a good tour, but I didn’t be able to go.

  Amazing Tour with friendly driver and tour guide. The Underground River Tour is a crowded place. So be ready for crowds. Our driver, Carl, was SUPER friendly and helpful and the tour guide was also good. To avoid the crowds / line we did another little side trip where you could either zipline or you could take a boat through a mangrove forest and see monkeys and snakes. By the time we got to the Underground River there was almost no line for the boats. The lunch was yummy. The drive to El Nido after the tour is LONG, but this is not the fault of the tour company, it just is what it is. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

• The trip was cancelled due to weather 1 hour before pick up at the hotel - no money back to date!!!

  Trip was cancelled by the organizer due to the weather, despite daily demand and complaints no money back to date! Not recommended, communication is terrible!

  Great experience. An extraordinary example of the nature’s grandeur. There are many people and it takes time both to board and to enter the cave, but it's worthwhile. The organization might be a little bit more accurate in communication.

  I have had a terrible customer experience with Lagum Adventure. We booked the R4 Tour from El Nido to Puerto Princessa to see the Underground River on 25th November however it was cancelled due to tropical storm. Chased requesting for a refund and NO ONE has followed up. Customer service is shocking. Extremely disappointed - DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM.

  Our driver Carl was very nice, knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate to help us with driving around for the day. I will do this again whenever I make it back to Palawan to go to El Nido!

  Had a wonderful time with the private tour A of the islands today with our guide, Jonard and supported by boat captain, Philip and helper, Alwin. The weather was lovely at the beginning, and we were able to take advantage of it to kayak through the Big Lagoon and a hidden cave. We also had a fun time snorkeling just off the waters of Shimizu Island - Jonard was at hand to help us novices to snokel around the coves. After lunch, the rain came but the boat was in good hands and navigated through the choppy waters to the Seven Commando Beach where we chilled a bit around the beach before calling it a day. Overall we had a blast and would love to return again for a different island tour next time!

  Such a great experience with a very well organized tour group. As 3 friends we really liked our tour and found Underground River spectacular. Filipino people are great always smiling, make you happy wherever you go :) thank you so much <3
