  This was a fun time. The guides did a great job making sure we had a great experience. The fish swim all around you. They take pictures and videos you can purchase. It was a small group, us and one other family. I highly recommend.

  This was the second time we did this excursion and had the same guide, Matthew. Everyone was so nice and accommodating. The water was a little rougher this time and we didn't get to feed the fish, but still highly recommend!

  This was so much fun! The crew was focused on our family's safety and also made sure that we had a great time. they were super patient with my kids. They took photos and videos that we could not have gotten ourselves so definitely get the photo package. My younger son did not weigh enough so they refunded his ticket without us asking and let him snorkel with us. This exceeded our expectations. I can’t recommend the underwater sea trek enough 😊

  The Underwater Trek is a must do excursion! I will admit I was a little nervous at first but the tour guide made sure to give clear instructions and made you feel very safe and comfortable before you even went in the water. I will say a few times I felt like my peripheral vision was off but to be down there with all of the fish swimming around you was amazing and we always felt safe. I definitely say if you are thinking about booking this excursion just do it...you won't be disappointed! Also buy the pics and photos...we had a group of 4 and split the cost! A great memory for sure!

  The booking got canceled at the very last minute due to weather conditions, I think. We were looking forward to this experience but unfortunately got the cal for cancelation 30 mins before and had already taken Uber by then. I wish I got this call a hour before.

• Great Excursion and Great Staff

  Let me say all the issues we had trying to get to our excursion were 100% my fault. First of all we came on a cruise ship and it did not switch the port time and we docked right when our excursion was. I couldn't believe. I called them up and told them that there was no chance of us making it. The lady on the phone was super helpful and allowed us to switch it to later in the day. I mentioned I was nervous as that didn't leave a lot of time to get back to our ship. She said there should be plenty of time. She was right! No issue. As for the excursion itself, because we pushed it back to later we were actually the only ones in that excursion. It was great. Our guides were awesome and very attentive to us. I have claustrophobia and was worried being in the helmets I would panic. Absolutely ZERO issues. In fact I find it rather is and felt 100% safe. This excursion was awesome and we got to see so many fish. This excursion is 100% worth it.

  Awesome. Great guides, communicates well. Wish it was longer. Pictures were a good purchase. Would do it again.
