  SCAM – Extremely unsafe and unprofessional! 2 OUT OF 3 JET SKIS DIDN’T WORK PROPERLY! 1 SANK 2 MILES FROM SHORE! We rented three jet skis for our family of six (2 adults, 2 teenagers, 2 ten-year-olds). ONE JET SKI WOULD ONLY GO ABOUT 5–10 MPH AND CONSTANTLY PULLED IN ONE DIRECTION. We had to hold the handlebars fully turned just to go straight. This was the one they gave to my teenage son and younger daughter, claiming it was “slower because she was little,” even though she’s the same size and age as her twin brother who was on a fully functioning jet ski. Unfortunately, I didn’t realize this until it was too late as they were the last jet ski to leave the beach and we had already paid and were on our way to the shipwreck. By the time we reached the shipwreck, ANOTHER JET SKI STARTED FAILING WITH WARNING ALARMS, RED LIGHTS, AND THE ENGINE CUTTING OUT REPEATEDLY. My teenage daughter had to keep restarting it. Then it got dangerous: THE JET SKI MY DAUGHTER AND YOUNGER SON WAS ON BEGAN TAKING ON WATER AND STARTED SINKING ABOUT 2 MILES OFFSHORE. I had to jump in the water, swim over, and get both of my kids safely onto another jet ski with my wife. I was left stranded with the sinking jet ski until a random boat thankfully rescued me and began towing it back. One of the rental operators eventually showed up and took over towing it but headed to another part of the island. When we got back to shore, the rental staff had disappeared. When I called, they falsely accused us of crashing the jet ski (completely untrue - we never even had the chance to go fast, let alone hit anything). After looking back at pictures, we noticed the gash on the rear lower side of the jet ski when the rental operators were helping my son and daughter before we even started our ride. This must have been how the water was able to get in the jet ski to make it sink. We paid $540 via PayPal for three jet skis. They only offered a partial refund of $180, claiming only one jet ski belonged to them, and insisted on giving cash in person instead of refunding electronically. Then they changed their mind and THEY GAVE NO REFUND AND HUNG UP ON US. This was not just bad service, it was dangerous. Equipment failure that far offshore with kids could have ended much worse. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS. There are plenty of safe and professional operators on the island.

  They guy was 40 mins late, then jetski broke mid-ride. Terrible experience, not worth the time or money!

  Great experience, had a great time. The people were great from picking us up, giving us a small tour. I love the free roaming adventure going to the ship wreck and floating bar. I highly recommend!! Great service for Jet Ski fun.
