  I had no idea where I was going, but found it easy in a Uber. I wanted a list characteristic place. This bath is affiliated with the hospital, but the Healthcare side is different from the public side. It took me a moment to figure out getting in and how it all worked, but it was pretty easy. Well, not luxurious the bath is very nice with various pools just the right amount of sun on the outdoor pools. Beautiful indoor tubs that very in temperature. It will be hard but go ahead and get in the cold one! The staff is constantly cleaning, so I didn't feel that it was starting at all be sure to file all the protocols of pre-showering for entering, etc.. If you have a towel to bring, you won't have to buy one and bring slippers!

  Best experience in Budapest. Me and my boyfriend never did an ice bath before, but we are definitely doing it again. The guy that helped us was very calm but knew what he was doing. If you do this in the morning, you will be awake the rest of the day. Also nice to do with friends.

  We had an amazing ice bath experience with Kata. Beside that the ice bath experience in itself where extraordinary, kata also was a very professional and personal host that elegantly guided us through the introductory breathing exercises, the bath and the following warm-up.

  Ideal to finish a trip in Budapest, to relax in body between a cold bath at 6 degrees and then a session of beer spa to relax and enjoy unlimited beer that allows you this experience. I recommend it 100%, do not miss it, it is ideal to do it on the penultimate or last day of your trip, to go as a couple, family or friends and also you can join it visiting another thermal bath, since the beer spa, is inside the facilities of two renowned thermal baths in Budapest.

  First time living an experience of this style, really an offbeat spa. I started the adventure with a cold bath dive at 6 degrees, it was challenging at first but then with the breathing technique I was taught right there I was able to hold 7 minutes inside. And then to finish with a golden snap some spa time with unlimited beer to relax. Highly recommended!

  My first cold water therapy lasted 4 minutes, it was a great experience, I am looking forward to an another occasion. The whole experience with breathing technique was very good and full of peace.
