  Dominic was an outstanding guide. His personal life stories gave us insight into current day Polynesian culture. He had great knowledge of every point of interest stop on the tour.

  Traci was wonderful. She shared a lot of the culture. Tour was great and fun. She even took us to hear a band and watch a group dancing a traditional dance. That was wonderful.

  Nice tour along the west coast of Tahiti with several interesting stops including botanical gardens with waterfalls, caves and fresh fruit and juice stops. Our guide, Tracy, was very informative. She also got us to a local church practice (Sunday) with amazing music.

  Tracey was our tour guide. She is very informative and humorous, making the entire tour very enjoyable from start to end. A lot of tourists skip Tahiti and go straight to Moorea and Bora Bora, and I think they are missing out. Most French Polynesians live in Tahiti and there is a lot of Tahitian culture that we don’t learn about. This tour gives us some insights into it while keeping it interesting and fun.

  We were fortunate there was a change of plans and got Tracey for our west coast tour. We had toured the east side with her in February 2024 and had an amazing time, so when we planned this trip, we reached out again. Tracey is extremely knowledgeable, easy to understand, great sense of humor, and goes at a relaxed pace. She’s interesting and is so personal - it seems like she knows everyone as you drive around and stop at various locations. She asks everyone to share the various seats so you’re not always stuck in the back (or front), which is great for ensuring everyone gets a great view of both sides of the road. She doesn’t push purchases, but offers you the opportunity if interested. We’re so happy to have the chance to tour both sides of Tahiti with Tracey and will absolutely book with her again on our next trip!

  Dominic, our wonderful guide, was a treasure chest of knowledge about the island! It was clear that he has a passion for sharing his love for his home. We learned as much as possibly could be learned in five hours about the flora, fauna, and culture of beautiful Tahiti! We highly recommend this tour and Dominic as a guide!

  This is our 11th visit to Tahiti but we rarely stay for more than a day on Tahiti. This time we had 4 days which gave us the opportunity to go on the half day tour with Ronald as our guide. I saw a large number of tours with the companies using a pickup truck with the passengers sitting sideways in the bed. With the heat I would think that is more than uncomfortable. The shiny red air conditioned van that Unique Tahiti uses is ideal. We had 6 in our group and the tour guide was fantastic. I would highly recommend them. Stopping at Venus Point was great and the infrastructure there would allow for a few hour beach stop if you were not on a tour. You can’t go wrong with Unique Tahiti.

  A good way to get to see many sites on the west side of Tahiti. We ended up as a group of four as another couple never arrived at the pickup. Our guide made sure to give us the full tour. We saw the sites that were listed, except we were not able to stop at the church as it was closed. He took us to a beautiful swimming hole instead. He also changed the order of the site visits to avoid the tour buses which was appreciated! He provided a wealth of island knowledge along the way. It was very enjoyable.
