5.00The experience itself was amazing however this ticket purchase experience was not and I wouldn’t use or recommend. Thankfully the park itself stepped up and made it right.

5.00I have lived in Florida for 15 years and had passes to Universal, Legoland, and Disney for many years. Universal is our family's favorite by far. So many of the areas are immersive in a way that happens less often at Disney. Two immersive areas at Disney are all of Animal Kingdom and Galaxy's Edge in the Hollywood park. But almost every single area in all of Universal's three parks (not counting Volcano Bay b/c I've never been there) are extremely immersive. Interactive wands and the Nintendo Power-up bands are incredible values. For about $50 each, you can a lovely souvenier that you can display at home AND you get hours of fun in the parks. Even with our passes, we never got tired of using the wands and bands to play FREE games in the parks. We tried to do the Bounty Hunter interactive experience at Disney but it did not work very often and the visuals were far less impressive. Universal really has figured out how to make the experience immersive and multi-layered. The food is INCREDIBLE!!!! There are vegan, vegetarian, and gluten free options in every park. There are delicious and creative THEMED foods in every section of every park. Disney (especially Epcot) has some delicious foods as well, but I found Universal's food to be just as good for a fraction of the cost an equivalent meal would be at Disney. For example, Universal serves at its casual sit-down restaurants what Disney serves at some of its fine-dining restaurants.

5.00Wanted to share the above and beyond customer service at Universal Studios Orlando! Lost my new glove on the ET Ride, reported it to a cast member, who told us to stand by while they looked. After a few minutes, they said they hadn't found it and apologized. I thanked them for looking and walked out, only to hear someone call out "Miss, Miss!" They had found my glove after all and tracked me down to give it back, unexpected and amazing, thank you! I also noticed the park hired a lot of ADA workers, who were enthusiastic about their jobs and loved to help people. I really loved and appreciated this attitude, made the whole experience memorable.

1.00Worst experience not worth the price you have to pay $3 every thirty minutes for a locker and wait time are over an hour average so for every ride that requires you not have a bag or have a locker you you have to pay $3-$6 every time the express pass kills any joy you want to have, mario world is terrible, this place sucks and i can not emphasize it enough. Do not go this place is a Monopoly.

1.00Terrible, purchased 2 day park to park 1 day epic total of three days. Got to park and was told that the park to park was o ly for one day. Called Viator and they confirmed it was for 2 days park to park one day epic for a total of three days. They then "escalated it" and I got an email saying refund denied because I used one park day? Had to purchase more tickets at the park for islands of adventure and my son's werent able to take the Harry Potter train because I wasn't able to get buy park to park tickets at universal after purchasing these tickets. Moral of the story is just spend a little bit more and get the tickets directly from Universal. All there customer service seems to be in the Phillipines or somewhere as well. Will definitely not be using them for future purchases.

5.00This and IOA are by far the best experiences in Orlando. The roller coasters are so much fun and the workers here were so kind and so helpful. They also keep everything spotless!

2.00So the boy is 13 and wanted to hit the rollercoasters and see Harry Potter World. First where we stayed- Loews Sapphire for 8 nights during February's Break. The hotel was Excellent and it better be for $550 a night. The rooms were great, The restaurants were top notch, one of the best breakfast buffets I have EVER had at Amatisa. $38 all you can eat but a waste of $ if its for the kids. Order a bowl of cereal and get them somthing from the Buffet yourself. Transportation is annoying, Its boat only unless you are going to Epic then it’s Bus only. Lines Lines Lines. Sometimes if it’s the off time you will wait for about 10 minutes for a boat so thats not bad. Now to the Parks- they were all great and awful. Great is when your on a ride and its not broken down, on Delay or closed due to maintenance. We splurged and got the Express passes for and additional $1500 and it cut the lines down by 1/2 or sometimes better so the worse time was about an hour and best times 10 minutes. The regular lines for the better attractions can be over 2 hours +. The dueling Roller coaster was down the entire week for maintenance without any warning to the public or employees. Thats literally why we went to Epic was for that one roller coaster! Hagrid went down while we were riding it. Velosacoaster went on delay 2 times while we were in line. One time we left and another we stuck it out. Amazing coaster the best Ive been on but thats annoying. All the Harry Potter worlds were cool but wall to wall people. To long of waits for everything even with the Express. So over $3000 for 4 day passes for 3 people and thats what we got along with some tired ass feet. Food and drinks are crazy expensive but similar to Disney. All in all its another memory for the kid but at what price and an aching back and feet. If you go go on the off season an buy some Hoka’s.
