5.00the rides are nerve rocking omg! but it was so much fun and I enjoyed our visit. I would highly recommend this to anyone and also the theme park are great too!
Security seems GRINCHY!!! Play CHRISTMAS music when the Grinch starts inside the parks!!

3.00Disappointment when I brought my family through the main security area near the parking garage. The day after Thanksgiving, NO CHRISTMAS MUSIC was playing. I saw the park was getting beautifully decorated, but nothing for security. Why are they so grinchy?! They NEED to keep on theme. Grinchmas starts, so does the music.

1.00Worst experience ever. Main attraction Harry Potter Forbidden Journey closed for 3 days while we were there. ET went down. Hippogriff ride took an hour because they only had one and one of the seats couldn’t be used. Only 14 people at the most on each ride. I had to get a 2 day pass just to be able to ride the Hogwarts express. I could have seen it all in 1 day. The price we paid for 2 days and having rides closed should have been compensated in some way. I won’t ever be back or encourage anyone else to come.
Will not return.

2.00Long mechanical delays for major attractions. That was on top of the 2-3 hour wait. If you really want to go then buy the express pass.

4.00Visited from the UK and we definitely don't have anything like universal in the UK! The ride ques have interactive things to make the wait not feel as long. Cast members are friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit.
Universal is all about money and less about returning customers.

1.00Just a downright awful experience. Spent 8hrs between both parks and was only able to ride 3 rides. Universal did not accommodate a member of our party that has a disability and we left multiple queues due to the long lines. We were also advised to buy Express which was over $300 per person, but that was sold out. Guest satisfaction and comfort means nothing to Universal and I feel like that goes double for those with disabilities. I will never return to any Universal park and will tell everyone I meet during my travels to never go there. Similar prices as Disney with 0% of Disney's customer service.
Wonderful and full of cool simulators.

5.00I stayed at Hard Rock that gave me that gorgeous queues. I can't even explain how much that changes the experience. I found the park much better than when I visited in 2011, and it wasn’t just because of the new Harry Potter area. I'm saying Orlando's best simulators are in Universal's parks. And it's a park full of them. If you are the type who is afraid of Russian mountains and these more radical things, this is a park where you will enjoy a lot, because of the simulators. I highly recommend you buy the park to park ticket to take the train from Hogwarts which is very ball show.

3.00To be quite frank this place was as expected a fairly overpriced been there done that experience. Like who really comes back to these places year after year….really? Lots of strange looking adults who never matured or seem like they are missing a few screws. Save your money and just say at really nice hotel instead …you will thank me later.

5.00Awesome first time experience! I'm not much for rides but I really enjoyed the shows and food. The staff were all friendly, polite and very helpful. Bourne Stuntacular was incredible and I really enjoyed myself in the Harry Potter lands. So many little details to see all over the place. My only suggestion would be more shaded areas in the middle section of Epic Universe. I will be going back!
