1.00Universal is selling many “express pass” the queue gets huge, without control! Ruining the entire park experience! As cool as the attractions are, it's not worth waiting for another 2 or 3 hours in queues, with attractions breaking and people passing in front of you with no control. Express pass visitors need to schedule their attractions, such as Disney, for example! The universal experience is awful! Lack of respect for customers!!

5.00We had a good time at this park. The lines were short for all non thrill attractions. We didn’t wait longer than 15 minutes. The Bourne Show and the Animal show were very good. I liked the Makeup show when I saw it on a previous visit. Food was mediocre at the park. Also they need paper maps again. The Universal app is just okay and we ran out of battery power so we couldn’t figure out where things were. Signage is also poor to show where parking is. We were tired at the end of the night and couldn’t figure out where the parking lot was and how to get there. I liked the Minnion ride with the hand held blaster guns.

5.00Went on new years eve via shuttle from stella nova to see holiday decors & expected crowds however we took it a step at a time on a sunny cool day starting off with Bourne Stuntacular show around 11 am learned a lot on this one about film-making/stunts and this was new to me after years of visiting USF, then had lunch at Mel’s drive-in yummy strawberry shake & onion rings as well as their chicken cobb salad, we had our epic tumbler activated to get drink refills all day. Next was walk around to men in black then sat across lake got the Lard Lad pink donut which was so soft just like the voodoo donut at citywalk, then walk more to the knight bus & harry potter diagon alley watch the 3 brothers show with some popcorn,do some wand interactives before going to kings cross & take hogwarts express to the next park IoA for newyears eve celebration.
An epic adventure at the Helio’s Hotel Universal Studios, Florida

5.00Stayed at the universal resort Helios Hotel in the new epic park. It was an amazing adventure, especially having the park outside the doorstep of the hotel. However, the high price of the hotel may not, and perhaps deter families from enjoying this convenience. Make sure, that if you are planning to stay at the Helios resort that you take advantage of the early park admission and in fact, get to the lineup an hour prior to the opening of the parks early admission. It is the only way you are going to be able to get to the most coveted rides such as Nintendo‘s Mario kart and or to queue up for donkey Kong or Harry Potter‘s new ride. Be advised, that the Harry Potter‘s new ride in epic park has numerous breakdowns, and in fact you might consider the single rider lane just to be able to ride the ride and then go through again to see as a visitor not to ride the ride all of the inside tile work of Harry Potter epic park. Enjoy every moment! Also there is a laser light and fountain show at 10 PM outside of Helios hotel in the epic Park. It is a must see!

3.00We spent the day at Epic Adventures and were GIVEN an express pass. If you purchase the express pass they are about $300 pp. Thankfully we did use it for several experiences because most lines were well over one hour waits. Harry Potter was 300 minutes; so we did not see this exhibit. We visited on a Thursday and it was extremely busy (I can't imagine on a weekend). The staff throughout the park are very helpful and friendly. FYI we are seniors and I felt this really is a park for the younger generation. We missed out seeing Cirque Arcanus even being early as it was full to capacity even with a express pass. Honestly it really is an amazing place to experience such creative buildings and experiences. HOWEVER this park, like so many, really is a marketing mecca; it cost $35 to park (cheapest), shopping/food locations at every corner. You need to download the Universal app. It was somewhat helpful but I felt it wasn't very user friendly. Bring a charger for your phone bc the battery will drain, there are no charging stations but can you can buy for $40 a charger and if it drains you can get another one for $1.

4.00This is a fun park. A little dated in some parts. Harry Potter area is definitely a must. Also get the park to park option so you can go back and forth to Island of Adventure. Universal is very responsive when we had an issue. Definitely better than Disney in that respect.

She assisted my family with matters involving the Disability Office, and her help was truly invaluable. Katie was compassionate, knowledgeable, and incredibly responsive, ensuring that our concerns were addressed thoroughly and with care. Her dedication and professionalism made a significant difference in our experience. Without her support, our trip would not have been nearly as smooth or enjoyable as it was. Because of Katie—and the outstanding support from the entire team—our family was able to fully enjoy our time at Universal, and we are extremely grateful for the exceptional service provided. I would also like to acknowledge Kait (from NY!) and Brian at Islands of Adventure Guest Services, who were both extremely helpful and contributed positively to our overall experience.

4.00I loved the wizarding world of Harry Potter but the only problem was the Hagrids motorcycle adventure I didn’t go on it because the wait time was massive it was a 135 minute wait.
