1.00Really disappointing experience today. My wife accidentally left my phone after going through the security bag check and went back right away to get it. Instead of just helping, the security guard was rude, condescending, and acted like I was causing a problem for no reason. I'm paying to be here on vacation, not to be talked down to or treated like a suspect. The security staff seriously need better training in how to speak to guests or you need to hire better. They act like they're some kind of cops instead of customer-facing employees at a theme park. For what people pay to come here, basic respect should be the minimum.

5.00The Park has the same attractions as Universal Orlando but slightly different, mainly due to the newly inaugurated Epic Universe. The advantage is that the park is more compact which makes it easier to walk around. The only different attraction is the tour of the studios, and it is mandatory, has simulator and everything else the guides are very fun.
Lots of ways to spend money.

5.00Our primary visit was to see the Horror Nights. During the day universal was not very busy. Evening was packed. If you are going to do the Horror Night suggest doing your research on which haunted houses you want to see because you probably will not have enough time to do them all. Lines can range from 20 mins to 3 hrs! The WWE was really good! Must see Good experience

1.00"Disappointing experience with the refund policy. Paid for a 2 ticket I couldn't use, but they wouldn't give me a refund. Staff seemed uninterested in helping. Poor customer service. they said the will give me the refund on 19 oktober 2025 but i did’t get the refund until now
