2.00Wasn’t told where to meet guide. A lot of unnecessary stress and running around trying to locate her. Easy fix: tell participants where to meet. All 6 parties had the same problem!! Guide wasn’t clearly audible. Whispered at times. Mic not close enough to mouth.

3.00Toni, the guide had a soft voice. I am hearing impaired and despite standing next to her and wearing the ear speaker I understood little of what she said. It sounded like she was whispering.

5.00Antonia (Toni) is more than a tour guide. She is truly an art docent, who expertly informed the group about the paintings in the Belvedere collection. She made the tour the best it could possibly be.
