We will teach you how to cook the traditional and authentic Valencian Paella with meat (chicken and rabbit). A team of native cooks and assistants who will teach you how to cook it in the most enjoyable and amusing way. We will try that you to learn all the keys of the paella.

We have set out to teach you how to cook one of the most international dishes, the Valencian Paella. Rice is its main ingredient, followed by chicken, rabbit and vegetables. We will meet in our kitchen. We will start with a sangria workshop that we will accompany with some delicious freshly cooked tapas and drinks. Then we will divide into groups and start with the paella workshop. We will discover the necessary ingredients to cook an authentic Valencian paella (fresh ingredients bought in the Ruzafa market). Our chef will explain step by step all the secrets of a good paella and you will be the one who cooks the paella. While we cook we will learn a little more about the customs and culture of the Valencians. Once finished we will sit down to taste it. We will accompany the paella with a Valencian tomato salad, Valencia wines, seasonal fruit, typical Valencian sponge cake, sweet wine and coffee.

We come as a team of 6. We had a wonderful time, full of laughters, fun, yummy tapas, lots of drinks, and step-by-step guided cooking! Ana was a wonderful host, humourous, warm and friendly. She made the evening fun! 🤩

It was a really good experience! Guillermo was a really engaging and entertaining chef. He also gave us a lot of tips on where to get other good food. The paella and all the side dishes and drinks were all amazing... Highly recommended!

We had such an amazing time at the paella workshop! Anna and Christina made the whole experience incredibly fun, their energy and enthusiasm instantly set the tone. We not only cooked a delicious paella, but we also laughed the entire time. The workshop was truly above all expectations. Highly recommended!
