Leave the world behind and join us in exploring the mysterious realm of Vallee de Mai.
Stroll along the winding footpaths of a place so special it has been made a UNESCO World Heritage Site, beneath the shade of ancient, towering palms bearing the most extraordinary fruit of all: the famous Coco de Mer. A double lobed coconut, it holds the record as the world’s heaviest seed, mystifyingly designed by Mother Nature to perfectly imitate the sensual shape of a woman’s pelvis, adding to its Eden lore.
Listen for the call of one of the world’s rarest birds, the Seychelles Black Parrot, as you wander further into the valley. Your guide will introduce you to its spectacular treasures, which includes one of the planet’s tiniest frogs, stick insects, chameleons and six species of endemic palms.

Vallee de Mai Nature Reserve
Vallée de Mai Nature Reserve is a nature park and UNESCO World Heritage Site on the island of Praslin, Seychelles. It consists of a well-preserved palm forest, flagship species made up of the island endemic coco de mer, as well as five other endemic palms.

4.00Very interesting visit that includes not only flora but also fauna endemic to the Seychelles : walking within this large park with typical tropical vegetation is a really nice experience. To do , but with a good guide very prepared and exhaustive in explanations as we had (Vincenzo, a Sardinian gentleman who has lived there for almost 20 years)

5.00This was a full day from our hotel on Mahe and included both Preslin and LaDigue. Our tour guide GALINA made the trip. Pick her or request her if you have the choice. She was born on Preslin and has all the “local knowledge”. She explained the Valley de Mare and Coco de Mare so well! Very interesting and it felt like we better appreciated why it was such an important part of their culture and ecosystem. GALINA is both fun and passionate about her country! Lunch was first rate on LaDigue and the second part of the tour at the coconut plantation and exquisite beach was very informative and relaxing as well! We were very happy we took the tour with GALINA an CeoleTravel!

4.00It is good experienced but little hyped. You can see stuff without going inside. It would be great if the center promote complementary guided tour in group. Commercial guided tour making less attractive to visit.

5.00During my vacation on the island of Praslin, my girlfriend and I, took several excursions with the tour operator CREOLE, and I must say that we had a great time. The organization was perfect, punctual, and without a hitch. The staff were knowledgeable and very friendly. Also, a special mention goes to our Italian contact, Luana, who was able to support us at jn any occasion. It was a perfect vacation. I highly recommend it.

4.00We participated in the full day excursion from Mahé to Praslin and La digue. Guide named Galina really exceptional and spoke Italian. Unfortunately the weather was not favorable at all but this is nobody's fault. They picked us up at the hotel and brought us back. Lunch included except drinks. All day for a total of € 480 per couple. Not insignificant cost. The Group consisted of 18 people.
