4.00Our guide, Kieran, was very good and considerate. I had a bad knee and he adjusted the pace for me and he pointed out the elevators when we had to go up or down the stairs. The museum was very well done but it was quite crowded.

5.00We had a wonderful tour yesterday led by Giovanni. He really made the difference with his knowledge, insight, interesting spin on van Gogh‘s life, use of the letters between Theo and Vincent, and patient manner. He shared information I had not known and answered all our questions. Having a tour guide like Giovanni really made the difference between an average tour and a great tour. I highly recommend Giovanni.
