Ticket valid for 24 or 48 consecutive hours. Ticket validation cannot be split over days.
Stop Frequency depends on season. Summer is every 20-30 minutes and Winter is every 60-70 minutes (subject to change)

Select Hop-On Hop-Off buses are now equipped to accommodate collapsible/fold-able wheelchairs, walkers and strollers. This enhancement allows all guests to enjoy our Hop-On, Hop-Off tour. However, note that our vintage blue clear-top buses cannot accommodate mobility aids as they do not have the necessary space and safety features.

What To Expect
Duration:1 hour 30 minutes
Operating Schedule:Duration of route is 90 minutes. Hop-On at any stop along the route. May through September: First tour starts around 8:45am, last pick-ups of the day start at 5:00pm. Frequency is every 20 minutes. October through April: First tour starts around 9:45am, last pick-ups of the day start at 3:15pm. Frequency is every 60 minutes. (Schedule and frequency is subject to change.)

1.00Narration very minimal, and stopped after several stops. Driver said his tablet battery died. Crowded bus with little legroom (I'm short). Would do better on city bus day pass.

5.00I liked the narration. It was easy to hop on and off. We got to see quite a bit of Vancouver. The driver was funny and shared other facts.

2.00At 4PM on June 19, 2025 the bus driver at #14 stop at Gastown in Vancouver proceeded to move the bus several blocks down the road while many travelers were standing and trying to get off at that stop. Most of those people were older than my 69 years. I injured my arm. While on the 3rd leg of an extended vacation I don’t appreciate what this careless driver did not only to me but the numerous other riders. The red stop button was pressed several times to get the driver’s attention.

5.00Good experience overall, some drivers provide more comprehensive overhead and history of city compared to others as they change drivers frequently. Some stops (i.e. stop 6) can be more challenging to find than others on the route, the map provided is not too specific

5.00Bus was comfortable. Ìt was a two level tour Grayline bus. There were a couple of idle 5-10 min stops. Information was good. Details given about each stop. We rode first, then decided our stops. We would do this again.
