Hop-On Hop-Off buses are equipped to accommodate collapsible/foldable wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers on a first-come, first-serve basis.
Guests may activate ticket in Big Bus app or in person with Big Bus staff at Stop #1, or with driver at any stop along the route
Tickets include four free self-guided walking tours on the AudioMe app. Explore areas beyond the bus route with engaging audio guides covering Vancouver’s history, landmarks, and culture
Winter Season (October-April) - 10 stops with a 35-40 min frequency. Duration or 60 minutes.
Summer Season (May-September) - 14 stops with a 15-30 min frequency. Duration or 120 minutes.

4.00A very good introduction to Vancouver for those new to the City. The buses were regular and modern. There was an informative recorded commentary. A special mention must go to one of the drivers, Spencer, who gave additional information as regards what to do/ how to get there as well as some interesting anecdotes about the City.

4.00Great! Informative. Our driver Sanjay was very friendly and really helped me start to place the geography history of the town that I had previously only stumbled across. I would say that knowing when and where to meet the trolley was a little difficult to know until we had arrived. We went to the first stop at the earliest time because that’s the only information we had as I couldn’t find a map or timetable online or anywhere.

4.00A great introduction to Vancouver covering all the major sites. Particular mention must go to one of the Drivers, Spencer, who gave additional interesting commentary which added to the experience.

5.00Sherry (like the Spanish wine)..as she states :) made the tour so fun and enjoyable! I got off at several stops in Vancouver and was so excited if she was the driver I got each time. Tour was great, on time and convenient!.. but she made it really an awesome experience!!

3.00Wish could get tickets from any stop instead of having to go all the way to Canada Place. Also expected a real person to guide as opposed to prerecorded. Would have like bus to pass through Chinatown as well. Would recommend to others with reservations.

4.00Ask for the free walking tour BEFORE you get off the bus. They don’t tell you that and once off the bus the walking tour is no longer available.
