This is a great small little tour that helps you get to all the great stops in downtown Vancouver. I was visiting Vancouver with my wife. I only had previously taken a trolley tour in other cities but not in Vancouver (despite being to Vancouver multiple times). We visited during the rainy season which is October to April. It rains like 20/30 days in the month of October. The Trolly tour stops are close to almost any hotel in the downtown area. We were picked up and the circuit of the tour takes about 75 mins. The bus was pretty empty and we got a private tour and history lesson of Vancouver. The bus driver pointed out multiple key spots like a great Ramen place on Robson called Danbo, a dessert place the Hello Kitty Cafe, and Cheesecake and etc. These small tips allow you to enjoy great small little spots you may never find. One of the greatest props to the trolley tour over the hop/on hop off bus is that the trolley can go through Stanley Park because the bus is smaller. I highly recommend this tour and take the trolley early so you can fit in all your stops. The Trolley runs from 900am-330 pm everyday

The trolley tour didn’t exist. Trying to get a refund for it. When we arrived at the scheduled time, it didn’t show. People at information booths in the area told me it is no longer running.

Hop On Hop Off trolley ride in Vancouver is a nice tour. The driver/tour guide is friendly and informative. It is also convenient if you want to visit a specific site. The time for a complete loop is about 90 minutes.

We did the hop on hop off trolley with a life guide and driver which made a real difference to us. The beauty of the trolley over the Big Bus is that it goes to English Bay but also it can go through Stanley Park, unlike the Big Bus which turns around at the entrance this for us was the deciding factor, plus how cute the trolley itself is. We also utilised the app which showed us when the next trolley would be arriving and how long, this was a real timesaver and also ensured that we were kept up-to-date rather than simply waiting at a bus stop. We never waited very long for a trolley and always got a seat. My only observation is that sometimes the microphone that the guide was using was not loud enough and difficult to hear over the noise of the traffic and the trolley bus itself. Value for money as it’s a 24 hour pass so you can do 2 half days to get around.

This was fun and informative. Skuki did a good job of driving and commentary. If you go October through spring, they do not stop at all the pickup spots though.

Great experience travelling around Vancouver city in a trolley car. Brayden was our tour guide, his commentary was very informative. As we were running ahead of schedule they let passenger off the trolley to take some quick photos at English Bay, whilst they waited. It was good to see different parts of the city. A great way to see Stanley Park and other tourist attractions. Highly Recommnend

Had such a great time on the Hop-On Hop-Off trip! Lynn, tour guide, and Dave, tour driver (I hope got their names right), were both amazing — friendly and engaging. The information Lynn shared at the different sightseeing spots was really interesting and made the tour even more enjoyable. Everything ran smoothly (though it was raining), and it was a fun and relaxing way to explore the city. Highly recommend this tour and the wonderful team behind it! 💯

The brochure promises that the trolley runs every 40 minutes. We waited over two hours to be picked up. When the trolley finally arrived, the tour guide said only one bus was running, so it would be two hours before we would get picked up if we stopped at an attraction. We were told that today was the beginning of a new schedule. Do not book a tour with these bandits. Two hours for pick up? There is no hopping on and off if you have to wait two hours. Shameful! we left voice mails and emails for the company. No reply. I would give them a zero star review.

We got a two day pass and on the first day things went well. Enjoyed the itinerary and insights of the guide. Had a very enjoyable ride and time at Granville island. On day 2 things went south. All of a sudden instead of the regular winter times, we arrived at stop 2 15 minutes early and no bus. Looked on the live bus feed and the only bus was not even to Stanley Park. Could see the bus in the live monitoring map about 10:30 sitting at stop 1, not moving. Bus finally arrived at 11:05. Guide explained they were only running 1 bus every 2 hours. The website still said every hour. Even though they had my email there was no attempt to contact us. The employees did not mention the change when we mentioned the previous day that we would be back the next day. We were not alone. Many unhappy passengers as we continued to pick up at the hotels. Later ran into another trolly, but it was doing a private party or something else besides the hop on hop off route. Overall, left a bad taste in my mouth. Turned a good experience bad.
