The duration of transfers are approximate, the exact duration will depend on the time of day and traffic conditions

Each traveler is allowed a maximum of 1 suitcases (max 50lbs) and 1 carry-on bag. Oversized or excessive luggage (e.g. surfboards, golf clubs or bikes) may have certain restrictions, please inquire with the operator prior to travel to confirm if your excess luggage is acceptable

Collapsible wheelchairs can be accommodated providing the passenger is accompanied by someone who can assist them board and disembark

Strollers can be stored underneath the bus provided they can be folded by the passenger, weigh less than 50lbs, and do not have a motor.

Children must travel with an adult.

Infants and Children weighing up to 18 kg (40 lbs.) who board a seatbelt equipped vehicle are required to ride in an approved CMVSS car seat supplied by the child’s parent or caregiver, and be secured to the vehicle using the seatbelt (lap belt).

Certified Guide Dogs can accompany an individual on our bus. Valid Guide or Service Dog Certification must be presented to the driver during check-in.

Pleasant no stress way to get to Victoria. The lounge on the ferry served delicious lunch for an extra 6 cad we enjoyed a quiet table with great views and unlimited coffee and sodas.

Great way to do some sightseeing and enjoy the open water on way to Victoria! See lowlands heading out of Vancouver to ferry, and inlets and water passages from the ferry.

This transfer went seamlessly from leaving the hotel in Vancouver to arriving at the Fairmont Empress on Vancouver Island. Its best not to arrive early at Pacific Central as there isnt much to do and nowhere to leave your luggage. The ferry crossing was spectacular!

Easy transfer from Vancouver to Victoria and back. Pick up and drop off at the hotel to make things even easier. Driver was so knowledgeable and answered all our questions.

Trip from Victoria very organized and professional, all went well. Driver Bob was exceptional with his “history lesson” of two streets in Victoria. However, return trip leaving from Vancouver depot a little confusing. If I had not inquired, we would still be sitting inside terminal. Not aware we were expected to be outside at aisle 7. Test if trip again with Bob was enjoyable. Would definitely use again.
