1.00Misleading, changed the time and meeting place. We were rushed from one tour to another , not giving us enough time in each place tried to blame us but in truth the basilica did not open until 9:30 and we arrived at 8:30. Andrea was our guide in the museum And he was wonderful but using this co is a waste of time. I’m

2.00We purchased this tour for $300 (Vatican Guided Tour with Sistine Chapel, Museum's & The Basilica), but was told while out on the tour the basilica wasn’t open. Not the right way to do business. No one suggested changing to a less $ tour without this added, no suggestion of a reimbursement. I was disappointed. Alex was our tour guide and he was a plethora of knowledge.

3.00Vatican tour guide was good but you said St. Peter’s basilica was included which was very deceiving because it’s free but we didn’t get in with the guide and had to wait over an hour in line. Very disappointed with that.

5.00The tour was organized perfectly. Efficient entry comfortable headsets and wellpaced guide everything ran like clockwork. Our group was small enough to feel personal. This is the best way to discover the Vatican without the chaos.

4.00Our family of 4 was booked for 9:30am, we received a message that the tour was moved up to 8:30am due to the heat wave which worked fine for us. The skip the line process was priceless, as the line even that early in the morning was enourmous. The guide was great, gave us high level infor and walked us though the museum and chapel in 2.5 hrs, then took us to the line into St. Peter’s Basilicia which took about 20 minutes to get in ( moved pretty quick). That’s where we were in our own and walked around at our own pace. Pricey tour but I’m pretty sure we paid the premium to skip the line, but worth it. Our tour ended to being private as the family of 5 that was going to be in our group didn’t arrive on time so we started without them. Be in time, these guys don’t mess around!

5.00Our guide did a great job with explaining very well & throwing in some humor. He got us through the basics without spending HOURS in the museums. Allowed us ample time in the Sistine Chapel & gave us great instructions on the St. Peters Basilica & then allowed us infinite amount of time there. Definitely an A+

5.00The ONLY way to see the Vatican is with pre-purchased tickets - unless you just love waiting forever in long lines under the hot sun! This Viator tour was exactly what we wanted. We met a few blocks from the entrance, walked over, and were inside quickly. The artwork in the Vatican is spectacular, and the grounds are magnificent. Our tour not only covered parts of the museum and the Sistine Chapel, but also St. Peter's Basilica. It was fantastic!

5.00when i got there i saw a massive line seems 3/4 hours to waste and get tickets a lady approached and offered us skip the line decided to take a chance really worked and worth it we paid more we know but did not make that line they are good and service was quick enough to be appreciated
