Explore Iceland's incredible glaciers with our most popular glacier hiking tour. This tour is perfect for those looking for a quick introduction to glacier hiking in Iceland. Our 4x4 vehicles brings us all the way to the edge of the glacier. After a short hike to reach the ice, your guide will show you how to use your crampons and ice axe.
We will spend an hour hiking and exploring the stunning Falljökull glacier, famous for its incredibly gorgeous icefall. Your guide will tell you plenty of stories about the glacier, its ice features and the scenic valley, which is surrounded by the highest mountain peaks in Iceland!

Great experience, not sure I'd call it easy

5.00Great hike, the guide was really knowledgeable and we got to experience the different terrains. It was a highlight of our trip for sure. Two issues though, with Viator, not the local tour company: first, not sure this should be rated as easy, as it can be quite challenging at times; second, the time was wrong, this started at 1030, not 930.
