Uncover the art of blending flavors and textures to create nourishing and visually stunning meals. Ideal for those craving plant-based culinary delights! Experience making beloved Korean classics like Sundubu-jjigae and Gimbap, alongside Biji-jeon and Hwa-jeon. Dive into the process as we assemble and roll Gimbap, cook Sundubu-jjigae from scratch, prepare and cook soy pulp pancakes, Biji-jeon. Cap off the experience by shaping and cooking glutinous rice dough, elegantly adorned with seasonal edible flowers for Hwa-jeon.

1.00The tour operator cancelled our reservations three times. Once canceled, we tried booking for different dates and they were all cancelled so we were unfortunately never able to attend. It's a huge shame because we were so looking forward. We are vegans and this would have been a huge treat on our trip to Seoul.

5.00Great time and delicious food - and all vegan! It was so nice to have an entire Korean meal that I could eat and cooked myself. Learned to cook several dishes, and learned a lot about Korea while doing so.

5.00This class was so fun and educational. Even being vegan for years, there was so much I didn't know about the process of making tofu lol. It felt like the perfect amount of time and was so rewarding to be able to sit down and chat over a meal at the end. I got to try some korean food I've never had before and can't wait to try it out again at home.

5.00We made three vegan dishes in a clean, warm and airy kitchen studio. The preparation and preparation of materials was perfect. It seems that I was the first Japanese guest, but even I who am not good at English explained it in an easy way. I'm not a vegan, but I was impressed by the delicious food I was able to make. When I got home, I was able to recreate it immediately, much to the delight of my family. Next time, I'd like to try another recipe with a friend.

5.00The cooking class was incredibly good! The steps were explained understandably. Soomin was very relaxed and friendly. She was communicative, patient and answered all questions. The food itself tasted very delicious, the ingredients looked high quality. The value for money is absolutely unbeatable. And you definitely get fed up;) The kitchen and also the cooking utensils were very clean. It will remain an unforgettable experience - thanks for that!:)

5.00I really enjoyed this workshop. The food was delicious. The class was hosted by Soomin, who was very friendly, explained everything clearly with step by step insturctions, told us a lot about the ingredients and traditions, and gave us some useful tips on vegan food in Seoul.

5.00My boyfriend and I attended the cooking class during our trip to Korea, we are vegetarians and the experience was really interesting and great! The most interesting thing was being able to talk to Soomin and hear about his experience with vegan and vegetarian food in Korea! Experience absolutely recommended:)
