5.00May 2, 2025 my family and I took the train from Trieste to Venice Central Station. We then took a water shuttle to our Hotel. This was the third visit for my husband and I. After checking into our hotel we strolled through the narrow streets and finally we arrived at Saint Marks Square, also known as Piazza San Marco, is the principal public square of Venice, Italy, where it is generally known just as la Piazza ("the Square"). We spent the afternoon just taking in the sites. Later that evening we decided to take a Gondola ride. It was a very crowded weekend. After a few hours we decided to find a restaurant to eat before heading back to our hotel.
