What To Expect
The boat stops include: • Piazzale Roma • Carlton • Sabbioni • S.S. Apostoli • Rialto • San Silvestro • Ca' Rezzonico • San Vio, Trinita • Accademia • S.Marco, S.Zaccaria • S.Maria Elisabetta • Sant'Angelo and Hotel Dei Dogi (for guests staying in this hotel, Residenza Cannaregio or Hotel Ai Mori d'Oriente). The boat will alter its route (where possible) to drop you at the most convenient stop available to your Venice Hotel. This service is available for minimum 2 travelers. It must be pre-booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival and cannot be arranged when you arrive so get in early and book online today. When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Venice hotel details. As soon as your transfer is confirmed, you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's easy. Passengers are advised that this is a shared transfer and you may be required to wait up to 30 minutes before transferring to your water taxi and onto Venice stops.

3.00The actual transfer was fine. Only problem is directions only said to meet at the Marco Polo airport. More specific instructions would have been helpful.
Front desk lied to me about taking to my hotel right to door

1.00I paid for a stop to the hotel When I got there there the desk agent said water was too low so they could only drop us off and we had to walk the 10 min with luggage When I got to my hotel the front desk agent said they could have brought me they do that all the time. Now that I know Venice I would just take public transportation. The taxi driver was nice but the service overall sucked i may even do a charge back as I didn’t get what I paid for. If I could do zero stars I would.

1.00I arrived to the airport & they were nowhere to be found. No communication was sent to my phone on where to find them, confirming flight arrival etc. I was forced to use another water taxi.

5.00Booked boat taxis from Marco Polo airport to Lido Island Venice.Both times the boat was early and waiting for us and even though there was a public transport (including water buses) we had no delays getting to airport on our return journey. Perfect service .

4.00A little bit crowded, but dropped us at our hotel a lot easier with our luggage. Driver was friendly and trip was quick. 10 minute walk to get to boat make sure to collect ticket first at booth 71. Moving escalaters to get you to boat
