The boat will alter its route (where possible) to drop you at the most convenient stop available to your Venice Hotel. This service is available for minimum 2 travelers. It must be pre-booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival and cannot be arranged when you arrive so get in early and book online today. When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your Venice hotel details. As soon as your transfer is confirmed, you will be provided with a travel voucher to present to the driver. It's easy. Passengers are advised that this is a shared transfer and you may be required to wait up to 30 minutes before transferring to your water taxi and onto Venice stops.

3.00The ride was enjoyable; however, we were disappointed that the boat operator dropped us off at a central location instead of using the canal in front of the hotel. Since we were the only passengers on the boat, it would have been appreciated to have been given the opportunity to be closer to our hotel. The drop off point was not convenient with all our luggage. We also had a hard time finding Booth 71. Directions were not detailed enough to know where to go after retrieving our luggage and going through customs.

4.00I think this was a great way to travel to Venice! Good way to see the city! I only did not like that it was not clear that you needed to stop to get a ticket before getting on a boat. We got confused and had to do another full half mile walk back to the airport

5.00I booked a private water taxi transfer through viator which we shared with another couple. We was dropped off literally 4 min walk from our hotel. I would recommend and would definitely book this service again.

3.00We arrived to Venice later than expected. I expected a sign or directions on where to catch the water taxi but there was none. Finding it was confusing and once there we waited for about 20 minutes , just missing the water taxi. Once we followed the water taxi signs thru the airport and found where we were going it was good, the ride experience with the driver and getting to the Air BNB was really nice.
